This beautiful villa is set on a large lot with several fruit trees and flowers. There is a pool, barbecue and some games like badminton, table football, basketball hoop, among others. The house consists of two bedrooms, mezzanine, a bathroom, living room with fireplace and stove and television. The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, small oven and microwave, outside is still one washing machine and woodstove. Is located in a very quiet rural area in the heart of Minho, nearby there are several tourist trails to be explored and several river beaches. It lies 10km from the beautiful cities of Valencia and Cerveira. A few kilometers away is Paredes de Coura and Ponte de Lima. Spain is also within 12km.
