It consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room with access to the garden. It also has two parking spaces on the property and direct access to the sea from it.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, furniture and TV.
