Incredible ocean front!! Best beach spot weve ever had!

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

Our family stayed for two nights and had a blast watching movies, playing games and walking on the beach. House has a beautiful view of the bay and the bridge. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Our mixed generation family loved the house. So much room for different activities. Lots of different sitting areas. Good beds. We didn’t use the little house. Had more than enough room in the big house for the 10 of us. Kitchen is very well equipped, many specialty appliance, nice choice of coffee makers. Lots of spices and condiments. Dining table sat the 10 of us. Deck had many chairs and tables. Loved having the hot tub with a view. Grandkids loved all the games upstairs.

Jerry's home was perfect for us. My 14 year old granddaughter took the loft bedroom with its own bathroom. She felt like the queen of the house. My daughter and I each had a comfy bedroom on the main floor...no extra stairs for us. The house has so many cute beach decorations and was well stocked with everything we needed. The ocean view was terrific. Thank you Jerry. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our getaway. The kids enjoyed the backyard sandy area on the dune and the private dune trail was super cool, espeically for sunsets. We did think it had better beach access-didn't know the dune has a steep dropoff—but there is nearby public beach access which is easier to use. The separate entry for the downstairs was a bit tricky if you have small kids that want to bunk down there but we managed. Everyone had a great time. House was well cared for and the kitchen was stocked with many essentials and we really appreciated that they left condiments and other things in the fridge door. You don't often see that! 10/10 would book again.

We loved spending time at the Sand Gate! You can't beat the location, with direct beach access. We could watch the sunset while on the beach, or view it directly from the house! Unbelievable views of the ocean! We also loved the hot tub after a day of playing outside. The house itself is old, and a bit quirky, but we had a great time nevertheless. Lori was great to communicate with when a small issue arose, and it was quickly fixed.

Oh my gosh, the panoramic ocean view was absolutely stunning—we couldn’t stop staring at the waves! The host was a total rockstar, always quick to respond and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed, which made our trip so smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thought of: comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, you name it! The location was awesome—close to everything but still super peaceful. Wow, wow, wow. The space was perfect for our stay. The view was incredible, the pictures hardly even do it justice. They thought of everything, every convenience.

The house was welcoming from the very first moment we got there. Everything was placed in a perfect way and labeled. Never had to look very hard for anything. The house was super well stocked and had all the amenities to make us feel right at home. It was a wonderful location, amazing to just literally step right off the deck and be on the beach. When down on the beach it was very quiet and never busy. Felt like we had our own beach most of the time. Debbie was a wonderful host and always there if we had a question. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a group of 6, the space was perfect size and in a great location. 5 minute walk to beach access, the beach was gorgeous and the few times we went had very little people out on it. Close to Newport for attractions, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Cute and comfortable!! Walking distance to the beach. Tim is very responsive. Stayed for a girls weekend, perfect place for the 6 of us. Will definitely keep this one on our list for future visits.

The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family. Loved sitting on the deck and watching the swallows in the morning. Beautiful area, and Yachats is a cute town. Ate great fish at the market and enjoyed the gorgeous hike at Cape Perpetua.

The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Had a great time at the Pacific Pearl. House was big and roomy with an ocean view. Kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. Nice to have 2 living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs. Garage was fun with pingpong and foosball.

We have a large family with lots of littles <2 years old. The Blue Whale property was spacious and VERY kid friendly. So many rooms with attached baths was amazing. Easily walkable to the beach and had beautiful views. As a grieving family being together for important anniversaries is how we survive. Jessica was exceedingly kind, responsive, had great recommendations for small children and let her property feel like a home for the time we were there. Would absolutely rent again.

The view was gorgeous. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short drive from shops to visit. The space was perfect for accommodating our large group. A great option for large get togethers.
