Monthly Rentals in Nuns' Island

‏Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. The breathtaking view of the river and city made for truly relaxing moments. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, including the bed, kitchen, and bathroom. The host was very polite and friendly and their cooperation throughout my stay was excellent. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

It was my home away from home. Communication was very great and they provided everything we needed. Clean and modern furniture, and the best location. 3 minutes walking distance from the REM (new train that goes central downtown) I would stay there for all my business trips but unfortunately it is only for minimum monthly stays. Great experience!

Oliver et Caroline are wonderful hosts. We couldn’t be more grateful to them after a 1 month pleasant stay at their cozy apartment. Everything was just as described and even better. They took great care of us solving all of our needs, were very responsive and just the best possible hosts. The apartment is extremely cozy and has everything we need for a 1 month stay as a couple with our little four paws son. I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb for four months during my last semester. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the metro, which made commuting super convenient. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was incredibly handy for daily essentials. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a long-term stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay
