A very nice and comfortable place for all 4 guests. It had two bathrooms that was quite helpful to us. We did not use the washing machine but it was appreciated that there was one. Quite close to the historic center of Santiago. Also the place was quite quiet, that is highly esteemed.

I had an amazing stay at Loreto’s apartment in San Joaquin. Loreto is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and was always quick to reply to any concern I might have. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance. The space itself was spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and a super comfortable bed. Working in Las Condes, the metro station being a stone’s throw away was very helpful and connected me to the rest of the city. Loreto provided great recommendations for services nearby and the apartment itself had everything you might need, like an actual home. If I’m ever in Santiago again, I would return to Loreto’s apartment in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anybody.

The apartment is super spacious and very nicely furnished. The area is very nice, residential and with many super and restaurant options. To improve I would only add more instructions regarding entry, being two towers complicated us how to enter. Additionally, in the morning it hits the direct sun to the apt, and the kitchen is an oven, and there are no curtains. Apart from those small details, we would definitely stay again!

Stefano is an excellent host, always attentive and delivering quick responses. The place is comfortable, in a great location and has a very nice view. The amenities are as presented in the listing.

The apartment is very nice, it has everything you need for a short stay, the kitchen is impeccable, it matches the description of the apartment and the photographs, everything is in perfect condition. In my case, I only had to unplug an air freshener because the smell was strong if it wasn't ventilated.

Claudia's apartment, I met all the requirements that my coworkers and I need, so that our work stay was very comfortable. The building is a quiet place and its residents are very friendly, the neighborhood is very diverse, with very rich squares and places to eat and be distracted. 100% recommended.
