Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Alberto and his wife's place! We spent more than two weeks there with my family and were extremely well received. They are wonderful people, always attentive and helpful, making our experience even more special. I highly recommend their residence for those looking for a cozy and comfortable environment. Great spot that was accurately described. guille was very nice and responsive. The neighborhood is noisy at night as there are lots of bars and clubs in the area, I would bring ear plugs, Guille also provided them which was very kind. Overalls, recommend this place!

The apartment is very comfortable and it is a great advantage that it has two full bathrooms. The views from the 24th floor are spectacular and Lorena's service is very good. Recommended.

The loft is exactly as it appears in the photos. At a perfect temperature, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: towels, hair dryer, dishes and full cutlery, cleaning and toilet products, various appliances, TV in the living room and in the bedroom... it even had cards to entertain yourself playing. It has a beautiful view, direct to the funicular of Cerro San Cristóbal, surrounded by restaurants and with businesses just a step away. Tidy and clean, minimalist and practical. The concierges are very friendly. During the day the area is very quiet, at night the nightlife reigns, which for us was not a problem. I would definitely come back.

I had a great stay at Josue's apartment. It's exactly like the photos, very clean and modern. The space is on the smaller side, but the larger windows and absolutely gorgeous view make the space feel larger. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and the apartment has 24 hour security so I always felt safe. The area is quiet and peaceful, walking distance to some parks which were great as I was there with my dog. Cafes right on your doorstep, and the metro and shops all within walking distance. It's a bit outside the hustle and bustle tourist area, but I preferred that. Josue was responsive to any questions I had. Would stay again if visiting Santiago.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable time at Aturo's apartment and had everything we needed! He was very responsive to our texts and was very helpful with getting us a spare set of keys. The neighborhood was perfect and within walking distance of some amazing restaurants. The balcony had an incredible view, so we spent quite a bit of our time there. I would highly recommend other travelers to stay at Aturo's accommodations.

We went with my partner and we loved that it was so well-equipped (many pots, heater, fan, etc.) the apartment for short stays is accurate, it has a beautiful view of the city of Santiago. The only thing we can say against it, but we believe it was only because of that day, is that the neighbors were noisy, until late we felt a lot of noise from moving furniture, etc. but these are things that can happen. Otherwise we are very satisfied with the apartment. We want to come back.
