Everything super great with the stay. Rodrigo quickly answers all questions. The apartment is comfortable and well located. It has a nice view of the mountain range and Nuñoa square. The metro is also very close and the plus that has parking inside the building is appreciated.

Felipe's place is amazing. The view from the balcony and roof terrace is spectacular and the neighbourhood of Providencia is very safe. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. I would return here if I come back to Santiago

The apartment is as described, it has two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Clean, comfortable, and accessible due to the location. Highly recommend. Would definitely come back. Rafael was very kind, and allowed us to enter a little before check-in time, as he had availability. The only point to improve would be that we couldn't use the TVs because they had two generic remote controls that I couldn't get to work. Except for that detail, the apartment is a 10.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!
