Vacation rentals with a patio in Nungwi Beach

A very comfortable home and extremely super nice. I recommend everyone to stay at this place while in zanzibar

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Saidi war immer da, sei es Stromausfall oder Fragen zum Umgebung gewesen. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, die Zimmer waren nicht hellhörig und die Küche hatte die Basics die man braucht. Die Waschmaschine war ein großes +. Zur Unterkunft zu kommen war zu beginn nicht ganz so einfach, aber nach ein bis zweimalen findet man den Weg sehr einfach. Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer waren sauber.

Great place in a great location for a great price. Eat at Burger Surpreme (4 minute walk) for tasty affordable meals.

I was on a business trip, it was close to the airport. An ideal place for this kind of visit. Really clean, probably the best Airbnb for this price I have found in Zanzibar town. Really nicely set up, very clean, has everything you need. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Hamadi’s flat in StoneTown. The flat is lovely with fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The flat itself was clean both inside and out anD really easy to find. The caretaker was just as responsive as the host. Our flight was delayed but the host was gracious. We found some cold water and a new box of tea bags in the kitchen- we found this to be extremely thoughtful. We also received clear directions for a place we needed to go early next morning. Hamadi connected us to others who took us on the Spice tour- which we really enjoyed. StoneTown is a beautiful place and everything is within a walking distance, all the restaurants, the beach, Forodhani gardens, the Ferry. On checkout, we had a few hours before we had to go to the airport, and our luggage was stored for us- allowing us to enjoy a few last minutes on the town. The wireless was reliable. Thank you Hamadi. You received us well, and our holiday went very well.

Vi trivdes så bra i denna villa! 4 fina sovrum med alla tillhörande badrum. två kök men vi använde bara utskicket. Stor kul och frys vilket uppskattades! Fantastisk pool och allt omhändertaget. Patrik och hans gäng tog väl hand om oss, fanns alltid i närheten men inte så att det var påträngande. Grusvägen dit var katastrof men kunde ändå köra med barnvagn på den. Stranden nådde man efter en promenad på 15 min. Finns inte jättemycket runt omkring men efter ett par dagar fann vi affär och sådant som behövdes. Patrik hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde. Vi bodde helt privat här och kände oss trygga. Eftersom vi reste med småbarn så saknade jag barnsäng och barnstol som är lätt att införskaffa så det är något som kanske kan åtgärdas. Bra AC i rummen och väldigt fin och omhändertagen trädgård.

Hôtel très propre, très réactive, très confortable. Les chambres sont vraiment très jolie, les gens très aimable et arrangeant. Le restaurant très très bon ! Chaque jours c’était un régale. Très calme, vous vous sentez vraiment en vacance. Je vous recommande fortement cet hébergement les yeux fermés.

Zusammen mit meiner Schwester habe ich das AirBnB von Birgitta besucht. Die Kommunikation war durchgehend super, bei Stromausfall (typisch für die Insel, bzw. großen Teilen Afrikas) war immer jemand erreichbar oder hat am nächsten Morgen nachgesehen ob wieder alles funktioniert. Das Air BnB liegt zentral in Nungwi zwischen Häusern der Einheimischen und innerhalb von 10-15 minuten zu Fuß ist man bereits am ersten Strand. Positiv für uns waren auf jeden Fall auch die Moskitonetze aus Metall an den Fenstern, sodass man die an den Betten garnicht brauchte :) Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

We loved our stay at Maia’s place in Kidoti! We spent our time lounging in the perfect outdoor spaces— enjoying the hammock, beautiful sitting areas, and poolside chairs, walking along the rocky shore at low tide, and eating al fresco under the stars. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation!

very nice villa in the village. not far to the beach. you can also walk to the village center where you will find a lot of lokal restaurantes. they are very delicius. the security olle is a really funny lovley person. my 2 1/2 year old daughter really loved him. thanks for everything. we allready miss nungwi

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

Nous avons passé deux nuits chez Abdallah, l’appartement est propre et fonctionnel, idéalement situé très proche des petites rues étroites de Stone Town qui mènent au bord de mer en 8mn à pied. Nous avons été accueillis très généreusement et Abdallah répondait à toutes nos questions dès que nous en avions besoin. Idéal pour découvrir Stone Town et ses richesses, merci encore !

A very good choice in Kiwengwa. Close to the beach and easy to find transport. You have access to a great pool and outdoor area. Just enjoy. Margarita is truly helpful, proactive and positive.
