Vacation rentals with a patio in Nungwi Beach

A very comfortable home and extremely super nice. I recommend everyone to stay at this place while in zanzibar

Great apartment with all needed amenities. Couple of good restaurants nearby and market street leading in to town. Very happy!

Our stay was very pleasant. Saidi was always there, whether it was a power outage or questions about the area. The place was as described, the rooms were not clairaudient and the kitchen had the basics you need. The washing machine was a big +. Getting to the accommodation was not so easy at first, but after one to two you can find the way very easy. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean.

Great place in a great location for a great price. Eat at Burger Surpreme (4 minute walk) for tasty affordable meals.

I was on a business trip, it was close to the airport. An ideal place for this kind of visit. Really clean, probably the best Airbnb for this price I have found in Zanzibar town. Really nicely set up, very clean, has everything you need. Recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Hamadi’s flat in StoneTown. The flat is lovely with fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The flat itself was clean both inside and out anD really easy to find. The caretaker was just as responsive as the host. Our flight was delayed but the host was gracious. We found some cold water and a new box of tea bags in the kitchen- we found this to be extremely thoughtful. We also received clear directions for a place we needed to go early next morning. Hamadi connected us to others who took us on the Spice tour- which we really enjoyed. StoneTown is a beautiful place and everything is within a walking distance, all the restaurants, the beach, Forodhani gardens, the Ferry. On checkout, we had a few hours before we had to go to the airport, and our luggage was stored for us- allowing us to enjoy a few last minutes on the town. The wireless was reliable. Thank you Hamadi. You received us well, and our holiday went very well.

The house is amazing, bedrooms , bathrooms and pool. The staff is also amazing, making everything possible to help, the chef service was very good and Patrick helped a lot managing to get our transfers during the stay.

Great stay overall . This room as compared to the ocean view that we stayed at prior in the same villas is identical. The only difference of course was the view . Stay is extremely friendly and helpful . Great alternative to your standard all inclusive resorts

We loved our stay at Maia’s place in Kidoti! We spent our time lounging in the perfect outdoor spaces— enjoying the hammock, beautiful sitting areas, and poolside chairs, walking along the rocky shore at low tide, and eating al fresco under the stars. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation!

very nice villa in the village. not far to the beach. you can also walk to the village center where you will find a lot of lokal restaurantes. they are very delicius. the security olle is a really funny lovley person. my 2 1/2 year old daughter really loved him. thanks for everything. we allready miss nungwi

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Great apartment to stay. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed including washing machine to wash our clothes. The host was friendly and responsive. What I loved the most about the apartment is that its a great location.

We spent two nights at Abdallah's, the apartment is clean and functional, ideally located very close to the narrow streets of Stone Town that lead to the seaside in 8 minutes on foot. We were hosted very generously and Abdallah answered all our questions as soon as we needed them. Ideal for discovering Stone Town and its riches, thanks again!

A very good choice in Kiwengwa. Close to the beach and easy to find transport. You have access to a great pool and outdoor area. Just enjoy. Margarita is truly helpful, proactive and positive.
