I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Ekaterina's place is a lovely old house with oodles of character and two beautiful gardens. The outside table was a lovely spot to have breakfast in the sun looking over the garden and just as delightful for dinner. Ekaterina was super helpful as well and her son charmed us all. Thank you.

We had a great 4 nights at Lucy’s. The garden is breathtaking, the pool lovely and a short walk takes you to the historic pub (complete with Morris Dancers). Lucy was very welcoming and friendly and the house comfortable and within easy travelling distance of some of the best parts of the Cotswolds. We would love to return. Thanks Lucy!

Outstanding in every way. This cottage is worth more than 5* it simply cannot be beat. We have been to a lot of nice properties but Richard and Jo have made this property and their 16 acre land simply beautiful. Very nice people as well.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Had a wonderful stay, the barn is amazing and was the perfect backdrop for our week away! Amazingly clean and comfortable and the beds were super comfy. Sonia and Adam were warm, friendly and welcoming 😊

We recently had a long weekend at Gulsharon’s place and it’s really a lovely house. The pictures and the house matches perfectly. We had a lovely stay here it was clean, spacious, homely and inviting. The kitchen was so lovely to prepare our meals in. We also took a long walk round at the back of the house at the canal and that was lovely. Gulsharon was a very responsive and kind host, he provided all the information we required before and during the trip. Honestly lovely guy. 2nd time staying here. the reading room is lovely small home from home. Has everything you need for a stay. always spotless and well presented and peaceful. the area is beautiful. hosts are always helpful and welcoming.

We were in Nuneaton for a conference held about 10-15 minutes away at the Heart of England Conference Center. We made long days and only used the BnB for sleeping and showering, but if this were a leasure trip it would have been fine to use it as a homebase where we'd also eat and spend time. The house is very tidy and feels cozy. I am quite picky about the feel of a matrass or the height of a pillow, but I had no issue with the bed I had. One of my companions did mention feeling the springs of the matrass but I don't think it was that big an issue. If I ever have to be in the same area again, I would definitely check for availability of this place first. I would actually be disappointed if I were to find out that someone else already booked it.

A great stay! Lovely location which was great for travelling to the NEC- 30 mins or less! The house was exactly as advertised with lots of space, a lovely living room and dining area and a nice sized kitchen with plenty of supplies. The place was clean and check in and out was very easy. The host responded promptly to any questions I asked and was very friendly throughout. Would definitely recommend this house for a larger group of people for a good price!

We had a fantastic stay at 70 Aubrey Ave in Coventry from the 6th to the 22nd. The house is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated, making it very comfortable and inviting. The property is in excellent condition — clearly well-maintained and cared for. It provided all the amenities I needed for a relaxing visit. One of the best aspects is its great location. Anything you need, like Tescos, is just around the corner, only about five minutes away, making everything very convenient. The house features a lovely dining table, perfect for meals and gatherings. Plus, the come air hockey and pool table added a fun touch and entertainment. Communication with the host was seamless; they were very responsive and quick to reply. It was easy to deal with them, making the whole process stress-free. The house is well equipped, and I never encountered any issues. Would stay again.

Highly recommend staying here! It was a lovely little space which matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, and was really clean & tidy when we arrived. Qas was an incredible host, always responsive and super friendly, and the check-in/out instructions were sent promptly and were really detailed. The bonus of having a parking space so we did not have to park on the street was so useful. We had a brilliant weekend & would definitely stay here again
