Monthly Rentals in Nulvi

Large single level home with everything needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host who was exceptionally friendly and on hand for any issues. The house is tidy and well equipped. For us though, the outdoor garden area was the highlight. It is beautifully landscaped and filled with fruit trees. In April the scent of the orange blossom was lovely. All in all a great stay - thank you.

Amazing view! It was easy to find the way based on clear instructions from Mirco. Well equipped. Plenty of space inside. Responsive host. Local pets are very attractive and you need to keep windows and doors closed.

Even the welcome was very welcoming. Along the way, there were already tips for sights along the road. Laerru is a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle on the coast. Kitchen is very small, but contains everything necessary. Otherwise, the apartment is very tastefully furnished with an eye for detail. Next door is the small grocery store for everything you need and the pizzeria around the corner can be recommended if you don't want to drive to the neighboring village for dinner. Even though we had laguage barrier, host made us feel comfortable. They offered us very nice coffee when we arrived and shared small stories about the place. Subsequently, we were shown the property, which was very clean and cozy. Very rarely, property gets "home" title and this is one of them where you have limitless soap, shampoo, coffee, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and other consumables. You will live in a farm, away from the Chiaramonti. Farm consists of pigs, sheep and chicken. To entertain, there were three little dogs which loved to be pet even when we returned at mid-night. They were awsome. So was one of the three cats. All of them frequented to our part of the house. Waking up to the sound of wind, sheep bells, birds and be surrounded by mountains was what we wanted. You will be well connected as the house is not more than a kilometer away from a main road. That said, the house may not be very close to places like Alghero (West) or Olbia(East) - an hour of driving needed.
