A truly cozy space, a good place to create memories in a very privileged area, the bathroom and kitchen are very modern, the space needed to relax, excellent if you want to enjoy Monterrey and just get some rest in a quiet place and dedicate yourself to enjoying the entire tourist scene all day. The service of being able to buy things inside the room is very cool. I bought two sodas and I thought it was great not having to go out and look for them or order them through an app. Everything worked, the water was just right when it was time to bathe, and the bathroom skylight seemed like a great touch. Thank you very much for your attention. I would definitely recommend it.

Very good accommodation if you want to be downtown, everything is within walking distance and very accessible to any main road. It's a loft/studio type, but if you're just going to sleep it's perfect. It would be very useful to add the hours and days that the pool can be used, since there are days when it is closed, other than that a very nice place.

We went to Pal Norte to see Seventeen and fortunately Rafael welcomed us to spend our stay in MTY. The area is very quiet, it is close to the Old Quarter, the Historical Museum, behind the condominiums was the Paseo Santa Lucía. We had no trouble getting around. Rafael answered quickly and helped us with any questions. The day we arrived it was very hot and some friends were not used to it, he welcomed us with the 3 mini-splits on and we thanked him so much. Personally, I would stay there again. I highly recommend it.

The place is beautiful and comfortable, the whole group was delighted with the decor, style, comfort and the distribution of beds too. It's a different place where you feel super comfortable!

We enjoyed the accommodation, very central and close to attractions in Monterrey. The building and the apartment are in excellent condition, I would definitely be back soon!!!

It's a very nice area, lots of trees and quiet. Beautiful views, accessible. The house was super nice. We had a lot of fun
