Monthly Rentals in Nuevo Colon

I stayed with my husband, it was a last minute reservation and we were answered immediately and the check-in was very easy. The accommodation is practically new, spacious, clean and very quiet at night. Jeffry's mom even invited us to a coffee in the morning as we loaded our suitcases into the car.

Everything was very nice and clean, and Mrs. Ligia was very kind. We are very grateful!!

Our family of 3 had a wonderful stay at Casa Emy! Emy goes above and beyond to make her guest house welcoming (it is well-equipped!), and she went above and beyond to help us feel at home and provide local recommendations. She lives right next door, so when the dryer in our house didn’t work, she even took all of laundry and returned it dried AND folded! She was really a wonderful host! Both times we went for a swim at the pool, we had it to ourselves. We loved being close to the airport (35 minutes) for the last couple nights of our Costa Rican adventure, and also within a reasonable distance of multiple beaches. Thank you, Emy!

This rental exceeded our expectations for our first trip to Costa Rica! Close to the beach and a short walk to downtown. Julie and Francisco went above and beyond and ensured everything was smooth and as described. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience! We will be back!
