Family-friendly vacation rentals in Nueva Andalucía

Loved the villa, very functional and practical for our family stay, has everything you need even things like toiletries, pool inflatables, oil for cooking and salt/pepper. Nadine is a brilliant host, very quick to respond and also allowed us to check out late at no extra cost! The bonus with the villa is the heated pool!

We had a great week in the beautiful house just a minute away from the beach. The decor was modern and everything was very neat and clean. Emilia was very helpful and easy to reach. Glad to come back!

What an amazing stay, we could not have asked for any more, the place, the welcome and the lovely gifts. Everything and more that would could have wanted.

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful apartment in May for a long weekend to see a mutual friend who lives in Elveria, so as I go regularly it is nice to find a comfortable place to return to, and I will! Bright and cheerful and immaculately clean, exactly like the photos. Isabelle provided towels and beach towels so was easy to come for a few days with a carry on suitcase. It is 2 minutes to the beach and a welcoming new beach bar at the bottom of the road. Nikki beach is over the road but did not intrude in any way, we walked on the beach every morning to find beach bars for breakfast and coffee (plentiful). The pool area was lovely with well maintained gardens and a pool bar for snacks and drinks, again very tranquil. All in all I would definitely recommend and go back as I have stayed in lots of apartments in the area and this was the best by far. All in all the apartment is well equipped with everything you need and you’re sure to have a fabulous time!

We had a great time at the apartment. Excellent quiet location, very secure and pools and gardens well maintained. Oliver’s apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, high quality fittings and tons of space. The terrace gets the sun all evening. Andrea provided the perfect check in and talked us through all the facilities etc Underground car park very secure and the lift makes for easy access. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Recommend the Kite Surf beach bar for food and drinks. Good value. 10 mins walk. Ubers to Puerto Banus around 15-20 euro. Elvira the town nearby is very nice. Recommend the Italian Bellaluna, 5 mins drive away. 100% recommend Olivers apartment it was outstanding. Thank you Oliver and Andrea!!

We had the best week here. Private, and spacious. Sebastian was very responsive and if we had any questions, we would simply message him and he got straight back to us. The pool was great and the kids swam day and night. Would highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at Ana's place, the apartment is modern and tastefully renovated. Everything was clean and smelled good. The kitchen had every kitchenware we needed, but be advised you need to bring your own cooking essentials(oil, seasoning, tea, coffee etc.) The view to the sea is beautiful and it is very close to the park. The doors and windows are not soundproof, but I have seen this is a common issue in Spain. So you can hear noise from the street.

Great host, really close to old town and so nice being so close to the beach. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Céline &Frederic’s apartment. It was extremely well equipped and had every thing we needed. A beautiful comfortable terrace to enjoy the warm evenings. Everything was clean tidy and very homely. It was peaceful and quiet up in the mountains, you definitely need a car but suited us perfectly for travelling around for golf. Would highly recommend 😊

This villa is beautiful and the view is absolutely stunning! The view is so beautiful that it almost didn’t seem real, we kept joking that it looked AI generated, like it was a Microsoft desktop wallpaper! Being able to communicate directly with the house manager (Pepe) was great to answer any queries we had. Pepe did a great job showing us around when we arrived and was flexible with arrival considering we had a 2.5 year old with us. The villa is as described. We spent the majority of our time in the pool mesmerised by the view. Marbella and Puerto Banús is only a 20 minute uber away. Plus we managed to get some uber eats delivered to us one night. There’s a mini market a 10 minute walk away. Unfortunately it started heavily raining (unusual) while we were in the mini market and the owner was SO kind to offer us a car ride back to the villa! Thank you Hamza! Overall we had an amazing time & will be back again!

We were very satisfied with our accommodations. Rolla was very easy to contact and her responses were very timely. Her place felt like home away from home and we would highly recommend!

Cher and Jose are wonderful hosts and their property is lovely. Spent a week there, loved it and will certainly be going back in the future. Didn’t see a cloud in the sky and the pool was just perfect to dip in and out of to stay cool. Walked to the Marina every night for food and now starting our diets ready for our next trip! 🤣 Thanks again Cher - lovely seeing you again and see you again soon. 😎

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

We had a very nice stay with partner and baby of 15 months. Everything was present in the cottage and we quickly felt at home! The garden with the swimming pool is a plus. Communication with Abe went very smoothly . We received the necessary information with a personal touch. A car is a requirement if you want to visit something and otherwise…highly recommended! We had a delightful stay at this Airbnb in Puerto Banús. The apartment was clean, and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location is fantastic, just a short 20-minute walk to the marina, shops, gym, and restaurants. We especially loved the balcony, which was great for a quiet morning coffee. The parking provided was perfect as parking can be difficult. Joao was accommodating and quick to respond, making check-in easy and providing useful tips about the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'd happily stay here again.

Sol’s apartment was absolutely as described on website and having now been in this condominium for the fourth time this year I already knew the location was fabulous, in addition that Sol’s apartment was very clean and the beds so comfortable! We absolutely loved our stay at Rafael’s. It was so peaceful and relaxing it was honestly the best part of our Spain trip. We felt like we were home, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. It was close to other towns, if you wanted to get out and explore. We also really enjoyed the pool. We would ABSOLUTELY come back! Rafael was great at responded anytime we had questions or needed suggestions. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We had one of our best holiday's in Billy's apartment. The living room is very spacious . The 2 bedrooms are really nice and so are the bathrooms. we were with 6 persons and the 3rd toilet was a convenient extra. The kitchen is amazingly big for a regular apartment like this and had everything we needed to prepare dinners. Suitcases were easy storing away in de laundry space. The Lounge set outside with huge parasol is very nice and in the evening we were able to see little lights everywhere. It was too warm outside to eat el fresco, but the dinner table with chairs inside are comfortable. There were always enough sun loungers at the pool area and we loved it. We noticed that they stopped heating the pool from September 1st and then it got colder each day, that was a pitty. Thanks Billy, we will be back!

Debbie’s apartment was the perfect stay—modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. It had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials to a lovely welcome pack with water and thoughtful touches. The location is incredible—just steps away from the beach, Nobu, top restaurants, and bars, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It was amazing to be able to walk everywhere. Debbie was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of. This apartment is a true gem and Debbie is a host who really cares about your stay. I couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a luxury location with all the comforts of home, this is the one. I can’t wait to book again!
