Very nice house located directly on the sea, ideal for relaxing. Everything is as described in the listing (because of the new sidewalk in front of the property, the garden is now a little smaller than in the photos). We can confirm the reviews of previous guests. Thank you for everything.

Samia was warm, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive from the moment we booked our first air BnB holiday abroad! Her beautiful home is very comfortable and homely with modern furnishings and a lovely open plan living space. The terrace was a peaceful haven and was a lovely outdoor space to relax in. The pool and surrounding stunning gardens were a joy. The children especially loved the pool and it was easy to watch them playing in a safe environment whilst we could enjoy the sun beds. The area is a peaceful location and we enjoyed exploring mainly on foot, walking to the centre of Puerto Banus (about 25 mins) and also visiting the Arena area for some good food and the market on the Saturday. Our trips to Marbella by bus and to Estapona were also wonderful! Thank you again for a lovely relaxing holiday Samia! 🪷🌊😎

Lovely comfortable, spacious townhouse in a very pretty and quite residential location. The house is even better than the photographs! Fabulous views across La Heredia and beyond. All communication and in-person interactions were friendly and responsive. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely family break at Sunlight villa - we had everything we needed and always got a quick response from the host when we requested anything extra. Good facilities and beach restaurants and town all in walking distance. The host was very friendly and made us all feel welcome. A great base for visiting the local area - would highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights during may. Lovely weather, lovely house, lovely backyard. The house is beautiful, the linen felt like new, the kitchen is very spacious, the living room is very cozy. Only issue is we did spot a cockroach, which is understandable for a warm city. Beach is not so pretty but very private.

Elena was a wonderful host, so helpful and friendly and always responded to any queries promptly. She was super flexible with our check in and out times to suit our needs and gave us clear instructions and recommendations about the area. Her villa was great value for money, lovely modern and clean interior with a gorgeous pool and private garden. We had a great stay and would definitely come back! Thank you ☺️

Wow! What a gorgeous, pristine home with everything you could possibly need. We had a lovely week’s holiday here celebrating two 70th birthdays. It was perfect for 3 generations of family to all gather together. We used it as a base to explore but also had a few relaxing pool days too. Cheryl and team were very helpful and responsive and gave some great recommendations for the local area. Thank you so much!

It was literally living in a place close to heaven. It’s not only furnished with so much love, but also the attention to detail made it much more special. We were in awe upon our arrival, and found it hard to leave. We would like to recommend it to everyone, but it is so special, that we just might keep this as our best kept secret! From the moment we booked, our hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. They offered excellent recommendations, answered our questions with warmth and patience, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Everything is within walking distance. The way the villa is situated allows you to wake up to the gentle embrace of sunlight streaming through the windows, and ending the day with golden sunsets was pure magic. It is absolutely breathtaking. The thoughtfulness throughout made it easy to settle in and feel completely at ease, as if we were staying with dear friends. A stay so extraordinary, you’ll cherish every moment and never want to leave.

The view is incredible, as is the structure of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are fans and air conditioning in every room. Outside the house, with a view of the sea, there is a roof that keeps out the sun. We had several barbecues there. Pablo gave us all the important information and got back to us quickly when any problems arose. We intend to return again and spend more relaxing days.

We loved our stay at this place! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures. The hosts were incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions. Accessing the house was easy, thanks to the clear instruction. The space was very child-friendly. It was also very clean 🙏🏼😊 The only downside is that you'll need a car to get to nearby grocery stores and restaurants, as they're not within walking distance.

Booked a last minute booking at Nuska’s place. It was ready within an hour and we were welcomed into the place. Very hygienic and cozy ambient lighting. There are two lovely terraces with sunlight through most of the day. Full kitchen and washing machine upstairs. Would definitely recommend!!

The house have a great atmosphere. You're right in vacation mode. There are three different seating options where you can enjoy the sun right by the house. The facility around it is very nice and well maintained. We liked the location. It is relaxed / quiet and not far away from everything you want to see. Great place to stay on our tour of Andalucía. Very nice personal welcome. I would be happy to come back.

Sara’s place, was amazing, everything was totally prestine. On arrival Ana met us and she was just lovely. Ana showed us around the apartment and made it clear to us how everything worked. Ana also informed us if we had any problems don’t hesitate to contact her. Sara response to all our questions was quick and efficient. What a beautiful peaceful apartment, we enjoyed the apartment so much. Can’t wait to return. Thanks for an amazing stay. 😊

The best Airbnb I´ve visited! I would buy this property if I ever could, which is probably the best mark any spot can get. The design of the apartment - which is more like a bungalow - with large sliding doors, patio and perfect sized kitchen. The view to the pool area was amazing, so quiet and peaceful. Great parking space next to the complex. Walking distance to shops, smaller bars/restaurants and also beach-side (although downhill and easier getting there than back :) Would def come back! Best place in Marbella!

I would just like to say this place is amazing and juan is an amazing guy. He let us stay because we had a late flight and never asked us for a pen anymore. This has got to be by far the best place. I've stayed there on all my trips around Europe staying at Airbnb's. juan was so helpful given us a device where to eat where to go for Days out his place was so clean fresh and just felt like Home I will be definitely coming back to stay here and I would strongly recommend anyone who's thinking in the coming to this part of Spain to stay at this place my wife and kids after 10 days, don't want to go home all I would like to say to juan yes thank you so much and I loved staying at your place. Perfect place to hang out for a week. The house was comfortable and clean.

I recently stayed here for one week with my husband and three month old baby. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again during any future visits to the area. The apartment itself, and the block the apartment is situated, was lovely and exactly as described. Very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and the communication was fantastic. We were able to message any time. The apartment did not have a kettle, something we needed to make our baby’s bottles, but within a very short space of time, the host had found a kettle and delivered it to us. During our checkout morning, the lovely host offered for us to stay for us long as we needed while the cleaner got started on other areas of the apartment. We stayed an extra hour on the balcony to feed and change our baby before we headed to the airport. This was a huge help to us! We would definitely recommend the apartment, the area and the hosts.

I had a fantastic stay here at Daniels place. The place was amazing, the location was great and host was all you could ask for. He made everything very easy. I would absolutely book this again and can't recommend it highly enough.

Emilie was always responsive to a query we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . The only small problem was that in England I am not sure Chromecast TV is understood so we only had Netflix an internet booster would be good possibly IPTV would be good . Notwithstanding this we would recommend this place to all of our friends. Stayhost who manage the property were also very good but knowing Emilie was also available made a big difference. If anybody is looking for acomodation in Neuva Andalucia we cannot think of anywhere better to stay .Well done Emilie Dennis and Rosmarie Rooke

Lucy’s place is amazing! Spacious, private and beautifully decorated. We are already considering booking again next year!

A large villa with a great outdoor area. Very nice pool with a very nice lounge area. Lots of dishes and lots of towels! The house inside was very clean. Only on the terrace we would have liked more tidiness. We reported this and a very nice cleaning lady came and cleaned up a bit. Among the negative points is a broken lounger by the pool and a rusty shelf in the master bedroom. It was also strange that the white bikinis in the pool were completely discolored yellow. These were new and could no longer be saved. There were also some old things in the closet in the master bedroom. Overall, however, a great villa with plenty of space and plenty of opportunities to sit and eat and spend time! It would be advisable to fix only these minor issues. Definitely worth more than the price.
