Vacation rentals with lake access in Nueva Andalucía

We didn’t want to leave Gabriela’s beautiful house, it was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. The views were amazing, and the house had everything we needed for self catering. Gabriela and her husband were lovely hosts who helped us with everything we needed.

Very nice friendly and helpful owners. The house is fully equipped. there was a lot of privacy. The pool was cleaned every day. We like being close to nature, so this place went to our hearts. We will definitely come back here again. Greetings to the owners

The home was absolutely beautiful, and in a great location. Check-in/check-out was straightforward and seamless. The manager of the property goes above and beyond. We had issues with the alarm system, that were caused by ourselves, but Noelia was always there to help us out. Not to mention they have a website that has any information you will ever need, in regard to the home, which I have never had before.

Our stay was absolute perfection. House exactly as described and host was the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. Already planning our next trip!

Anna was responsive, pleasant and easy to deal with. The apartment/villa is on 1 level with 2 small bedrooms/2 bathrooms It was very clean with a lovely modern kitchen and comfortable lounge with a big TV. There is a slight view of the sea. The outside area is private and well equipped for eating. Apart from the weekend the area was quiet and peaceful and there is a decent supermarket within a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive Linen, towels, toilet paper, bin bags provided Slight negatives: the pool is very small; it was possible to hear the adjoining neighbours through the walls (although it did not disturb us); Google could not find the property (although Waze did); the street and parking space are very narrow - we had a small SUV (Seat Arona) and just manged to get in, anything larger would need to park around the corner; the door (which has no handle) needs to be pulled towards you, with the key, at the same time as turning the key to release the latch, before pushing the door open

We had a very nice stay. The system is very well maintained and is quiet. The apartment is well equipped and was very clean.

All in all, everything was good. Access to the property was flexible. It was clean and had everything you need. We had a secure lockable parking space for the rental car. There is a sandy beach and nice locals nearby. There are also shopping facilities within walking distance. In addition, the place is very centrally located to quickly get to the surrounding larger cities. Communication with Carlos was impeccable. He is very friendly and responds quickly. We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and great for walks. It’s close to the supermarked. You can walk to the beach in 20min. The pool was closed, so we didn’t get to try that. I would recommend this place.

It was an ideal place for a family gathering. It is well equipped and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. Team was responsive and accommodating. To top it all the views are incredible.

The apartment is located within BenalBeach, a large apartment complex, equipped with parking and private pools. My review is exclusive to Matt's place. I found the apartment clean, bright, well maintained, tastefully furnished and very pleasant. Matt is a very thoughtful Host and responds to every request in a few minutes. I used the apartment mainly as a base to visit Andalusia, so my stay was almost always in the evening. I thank Matt for the excellent communication, and accuracy in describing the apartment that turned out to be exactly as shown in the photos. Emanuele

Nice and cozy beach front apartment. The excellent host Francisco (Paco) was always available and ready to help. 5 minutes walk to the city center. 10 mins walk to train station and central bus station. Lots of excellent restaurants in walking distance. We stayed a full month and enjoyed it very much.

The apartment is located in the best area of the town, there are a lot of tasty restaurants and supermarket nearby. In the same time it was a quiet, and very clean place. The view from the balcony is great, perfect to enjoy the morning coffee or else. There is a private park, which is well maintained and nice to walk through. I took a rental car, which you can park for free on the street. I recommend staying at the place, if you go to the area of Malaga.

The apartment is fantastic. I would come back again and again. The large balcony with a stunning view of the sea (and the pool with palm trees) is the highlight. The loungers on the balcony are comfortable like beds. Thanks to the conversion of the balcony wall with a glass front, you can also enjoy the view while sitting. The apartment is equipped with everything, whether in the kitchen, in the living room, in the bathrooms or even the closets in the bedrooms: every detail is thoughtful and cozy. All the beds are perfectly comfortable. Andreas was always reachable within 2 minutes and went out of his way. The lockbox is easy to find. The neighbors we met were all very nice. Great location, 20 min walk to Elviria. Only the parking: it is something for experts with patience, but this is normal in Spain. I would love to move back in right away and look forward to next time. Thanks Andreas
