Nice very functional house for a stay of 9 with children and a baby. We did not meet the owners but they remained available to respond to us. We had a very pleasant stay in this house. I would recommend it in a second.

The 2 days we spent there were amazing, frankly nothing to say, the accommodation is the same as in the photos, perfect for two people, the bed is very comfortable, we sleep very well, the accommodation is very clean, we were super well hosted by the couple, they made us feel comfortable. I recommend it for a pleasant romantic stay.

What to say about our host Richard and his dead wood cottages... topissime!! everything is done for a pleasant stay in the countryside, with great culinary services offered by Richard. a beautiful very well exposed pool that overlooks the cottages. a "so britisch" euh non "scotisch":) we recommend this Airbnb 200% a big hug in Charly 😺

A great relaxing stay, the accommodation is very very beautiful and clean... David is adorable! We recommend the aperitif board and breakfast! If we have the opportunity to come back to the area we'll be happy to go back!

Sublime accommodation, faithful to the description, full of small touches, cakes, bottle of sparkling Saumurois, on order a very nice cheese /charcuterie aperitif board, breakfast included with a homemade yogurt, brioche, fruit juice, jams... Close to the castle, private parking space...Go there with your eyes closed, it's sublime ❤️

A very nice welcome with small touches that make you happy. The accommodation is photo compliant, very clean and well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting Puy du Fou, in less than 20 minutes you are there. Regarding Daniel and Josette, they are people of exceptional kindness that is rare these days. As a company, we place the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear and easy-to-understand instructions. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The interior of the cottage is modern, with new furniture that adds to the comfort. The value for money is quite satisfactory. The cottage has largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Very good, I recommend it. Maybe a notice for the Velux shutters and repair the shutters that do not go down completely but otherwise everything was perfect :)

We had a great time for our family reunion. The house is welcoming summer and winter, it was very nice so we were in the square courtyard all grass. The house is full of surprises in terms of decoration and charm. A huge fireplace in one of the lounges is also perfect for winter evenings! And the children's playroom is great, especially the big costume closet and board game closet! Everything was perfect, we'll be back. Veronique

We had a lovely stay here. The location was beautiful and peaceful. We were kindly lent bikes to cycle to Puy de Fou and the pool was fantastic. Really lovely hosts who were always on hand to answer any questions and great communication prior to arrival. Highly recommend

We had a great time staying with Sarah and her family! Our kids enjoyed all the toys available . The living room and garden are particularly nice! Sarah is a very available, responsive and friendly host. A beautiful stay that we will be happy to renew!

We very much enjoyed our six-night stay. We were looking for a quiet, comfortable house in the French countryside with a pool, and this was just right. The house is spacious and airy with a pleasant open-plan kitchen / dining / sitting room area to relax in, with large sliding French windows opening out onto a private outdoor dining area. Just a few steps away is the generously-sized L-shaped pool, with deep and shallow ends. The pool water was cold, but very clear and clean. It was refreshing to have a swim whenever we liked and then warm up in the sun afterwards (we were lucky with the weather). Beds were comfortable, with good lighting for bedtime reading. The village is very quiet (not a place for food shopping) and lies in countryside that is devoted to vineyards for miles and miles around. Marie was very discreet but always available to help, on one occasion phoning the boulangerie in a nearby village to check opening times for us. Overall, a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Thank you both for hosting us, we had a great time during our 6 night stay.! The location is a rural retreat that is rich with nature. Our children (10 and 8) loved trying to catch the frogs around the lake, and the lizards that sunbathed on the paths. We saw toads, birds of prey, and dragonflies, and heard kingfishers and owls. The lake was magical, reminded me of the famous Redmire pool in the UK. Lots of carp showing on the surface. I had some memorable fishing sessions trying to outwit them! The pool was clean and safe with a shallow end. We all spent a lot of time in there on the hot days! Games room a fun edition, we enjoyed ping pong and darts. We didn't try golf but saw others playing. Accommodation was well equipped, especially the kitchen which even had a garlic press and full bbq utensils including wooden skewers. Shower nice and powerful. Everything spotlessly clean. We had a bbq most nights which was provided on the patio. We would recommend!
