Looking for a quiet break in the countryside. We are waiting for you to stay in our quiet peaceful haven in the countryside. Located 1.7 km from the village and about 14 km from La Flèche, 36 km from Le Mans. Our accommodation can accommodate 5 people. -1 large bedroom of about 25 m² with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. (possibility of putting a baby bed), in the living space a sofa bed for 2 people. Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee maker, induction cooktop, refrigerator. - shower room, dry toilet.

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

In the countryside, between Angers and Saumur, this cottage can accommodate up to 4 people. You will be close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, La Flèche Zoo (30 minutes), Doué-La-Fontaine Zoo, Terra Botanica, Le Puy du Fou (1 hour 15 minutes). Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on the floor completely separate from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Please note, there is NO cooktop. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).
