Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.

A hidden gem in the Loire Valley

Come and relax in this quiet house, tucked away in a small village halfway between Angers and Tours, close to the Baugé Golf Course, castles and tourist sites (Le Lude and the Flèche zoo are around twenty minutes away). Old and full of charm, our holiday home will comfortably accommodate you with 10 or (even 12 with the sofa bed in the office area) friends or family. In the evening, an aperitif is taken in front of the fireplace or outside, facing the 11th century church.

The old house

The old house of the Guissinnières is located in the heart of the Loire Valley between the pretty villages of Gizeux (and its superb castle) and Parçay-les-Pins in the Angevine countryside. Surrounded by orchards, vineyards, La Vieille Maison has a kitchen/dining room/living room with the charm of exposed beams and a bread oven. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200) and overlooks the private garden. A folding extra bed is provided for an extra person.

The accommodation, in an old farmhouse, includes 1 bedroom, 1 large living room, 1 equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave grill), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, macerating toilet) and a large garden with trees, vegetable garden, orchard.

The place is great for work trips, sightseeing and visiting the La Flèche Zoo (15 min).

On the leisure side, there are no less than 3 nautical bases, a cyclo rail and 2 tree climbing sites that you will find within a 30-minute radius.
