Ann-Kathrin was very friendly and explained everything about her place very clearly. Her home is in a fantastic location being literally in the center of everything. I loved watching my husband stand in the window looking out at the beautiful town and passerbys like a happy little boy. So sweet. Very nice accommodation, true to the description, very clean and functional, very nice decoration💟, very responsive and friendly host. 🙂 In the end, almost nothing to say except plan ahead for parking… but we found it without great difficulty. I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation, good value for money, thanks to Christian for his availability and patience. 😉

This is a nice place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate and Therese is a good host. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. We used the parking garage and it was very convenient.

Claudine's place was truly a rare find and we would highly recommend it. Superb location close to a lot of nice attractions. Claudine was very helpful and came to introduce herself when we arrived. She was very accommodating as we travelled with our 1 year old daughter. She has all the facilities for travelling with a baby/toddler. The house is excellent and has all amenities one could require. It also has a nice garden for relaxing in the sunshine! Thank you!

The cottage is beautifully renovated and was spacious enough for our family. The downstairs bedroom with its bathroom was a great advantage for our disable daughter who is unable to walk. Armelle was very sweet providing us eggs laid by the hens and made sure we had everything. Beautiful house, beautiful location with lovely hosts. We managed to visited a number of places during our stay all around 30mins drive. Thank you Armelle et Mikael for sharing your beautiful property.

Quality accommodation, very well located and allowing you to walk to the shops. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped, nothing to repeat. The enclosed courtyard for parking is a real plus. Christophe is available and responsive. Great! Had a great time.

Short stay with family (best friends, children, And grandmas) The space was just perfect. The lottery is super nice, which really allows you to recover. Frederic is very responsive and accommodating, Sylvie taught us a lot. If we can come back we'll be happy to.

Impeccable pro stay in Claudine's home, close to the Beaulieu Campus and public transport to reach Rennes city center. His apartment is superb and spacious, beautiful terrace. We'll be happy to go back.
