Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

Direct access to the airport, via the center of Rennes located 10 minutes away, by line C6 ("Teillis" bus stop). A private parking space is dedicated to this apartment!

You will be located in the heart of Châteaubourg, walking distance to all the small shops and 5 minutes from the train station.

Furnished by us, you have a sleeping area (1 double bed + possibility of adding an extra mattress or baby bed on request), a kitchen area, a living room, a shower-wc room) + a small terrace, facing south. 5-minute walk to shops and 10 minutes to SNCF train station.

The studio was renovated in May 2024 and is at the guest's disposal. A sofa bed is in the main room but for the comfort of guests it is a real double mattress, so it is not usable as a sofa. There is a single bed in the bedroom. The kitchen consists of an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Fully equipped with dishes and utensils Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.
