Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Novigrad

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. La villa était encore plus magnifique que sur les photos. Rajna est une hôte incroyablement attentive aux détails, qui se consacre à rendre chaque instant inoubliable. Tout était impeccable : la villa, la piscine, l’espace commun. C'est un véritable 1000/10. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir car c’est de loin le meilleur Airbnb de tous, tout simplement incomparable. Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche erlebt ! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen am Waldrand mit sauberem Pool und praktischer schicker Einrichtung. Zum Ort Labin sind es mit dem Auto knapp 10 Minuten. Man kann vom Haus weg wandern oder radfahren. Thomas ist total nett und hilfsbereit ! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort wohnen !!

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Wir durften als größere Gruppe rund zwei Wochen bei Ivan zu Gast sein und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus, Pool und Außenbereich entsprachen den Bildern, der Ausblick auf Labin (besonders am Abend) ist herrlich. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. In rund 10-15 Autominuten sind idyllische Strände zu erreichen. Ivan hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes Tipps zu Stränden, Veranstaltungen und Restaurants gegeben und sogar einmal selbst für uns gekocht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

Das Navi hat uns leider an eine andere Adresse geschickt aber wir wurden sofort dort abgeholt!! Parkplatz gibt es vor dem Haus oder in der Seitengasse. Alles war sehr sauber und genügend Handtücher usw vorhanden. Es gab sogar extra noch Decken und Polster im Schrank. Putzmittel, Besen, Gewürze und Haarfön auch vorhanden! Klares Puls war die Waschmaschine im Bad!!! Handtücher vom Baden konnte man auf dem Balkon aufhängen. Da die Wohnung im 1 Stock ist, ist es praktisch, dass man im EG Platz für Wagerl usw hat. Kaffeemaschine gibt es nicht nur so einen kleinen Espresso Dings 😉 Wir haben aber unsere eigene mitgebracht. Klimaanlage gibt es auch und funktioniert auch super. Die Rollos an den Fenstern waren super zum abdunkeln zwecks schlafen! Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch ist man wirklich in 5 Minuten am Strand - der Weg geht durch einen kleinen Wald aber ist asphaltiert (Stufen vorhanden)! Super nette Gastgeber! Sehr gerne wieder!

Ein Traum von Wohnung. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und mit dem Auge für‘s Detail. Alles sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Gastgeber ist super und die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Sollten wir wieder in Pula Urlaub machen dann auf jeden Fall in dieser Unterkunft.

Sehr gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit Charme. Dich die Lage im 5.Stock sehr hell und mit schönem Blick vom Balkon. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war eine Baustelle nebenan, aber die sollte hoffentlich bald vorbei sein.

Nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, mehr als genug Platz für 6 Personen. Pula und Medulin in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Verschiedene Strände und Aktivitäten in direkter Nähe. Gerne wieder.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Mara’s place. The studio apartment was spotless clean and well organized. The location was perfect for our trip to visit nearby Pula. Shower was nice and hot. Wifi was great. We asked to do a load of laundry. No problem with that. Hung up clothes to dry. The property is so beautiful and peaceful.

Ubytování bylo super. Rozmístění pokojů nám vyhovovalo, klima byla ve třech místnostech, včetně ložnic a to bylo skvělé.. Měli jsme parkování hned u domu, a dostupnou terasu, takže pro příjezdu od moře jsme to pohodově vyložili a dali uschnout. Vemte si svůj nůž, jinak se možná rozčilite. Jinak kuchyň ideální. Potěšili i velké úložné skříně na věci a oblečení.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido week end a Rovigno e sicuramente il soggiorno presso la casa di Eli e della sua famiglia ha contribuito a rendere la nostra esperienza indimenticabile. Eli è amorevole: quando siamo arrivati si è offerta di accompagnare in macchina alcuni amici che viaggiavano con noi e che dovevano spostarsi in un’altra parte della città. Per quanto riguarda la casa, le foto non le rendono giustizia perché gli ambienti sono molto grandi e luminosi, oltre ad essere ampiamente dotati del necessario per alloggiare comodamente e, se lo si desidera, cucinare in autonomia (un supermercato è a cinque minuti a piedi dalla casa). L’appartamento è in una zona tranquillissima, al limite dell’area pedonale del centro storico: una situazione ideala, perché si arriva in macchina, si parcheggia e a pochi metri inizia l’aera pedonale: in cinque minuti a piedi si è in pieno centro. Se torneremo a Rovigno, di sicuro ripeteremo l’esperienza presso la casa di Eli.

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa di Stefan è molto bella e curata nei particolari, e si trova all'interno di un ranch dove pascolano cavalli e pecore. Anche lo spazio esterno è attrezzato, si può cucinare e pranzare sotto il portico, nel giardino circondato da siepi si può prendere il sole. Questo posto è un oasi immersa nella natura. Molto apprezzata anche la vasca idromaggio a nostra disposizione.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool und das Haus waren sauber. Die Einrichtung war ansprechend. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, Töpfe, Pfannen, Geschirr und Besteck waren sehr ausreichend vorhanden. Alle beschriebenen elektronischen Geräte waren da und funktionierten. Haben nix vermisst, das ist selten. Als letztes Haus in der Sackgasse war es eigentlich ganz ruhig, es schallt aber von den Nachbarn und der Baustelle etwas zurück. Im September wohl nicht zu vermeiden. Wir würden wieder kommen, da auch die Kommunikation mit Tomislav sehr gut war.

Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser besonderen Villa verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern; Mit Gästekorb und einer persönlichen Führung durchs Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, voll und gänzlich ausgestattete Küche. Bis ins kleinste Detail. (sogar Netflix, X-Box) Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkt, doch unsere Kinder, wie auch wir genossen die Abkühlung jeden Tag aufs Neue. Und mit der Gegenstromanlange kann man auch paar Schwimmzüge machen ;) Sehr zu empfehlen. Wer ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, ist hier wundervoll aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer traumhaften Lage. Die Dachterasse mit Whirlpool ist wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Jasna ist super schnell und freundlich. Alles sehr gelungen😊👍

Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Der Garten war auch total schön angelegt und unser Hund hatte genug Bewegungsfreiraum. Leider war der Pool Ende September mit 18 Grad zu kalt, daher haben wir nicht drin gebadet aber er war sehr sauber! Für unser Baby wurde ein Babybett bereitgestellt, dass mit viel Liebe hergerichtet wurde. Ausserdem haben wir als Willkommensgruß eine Kleinigkeit für unser Baby bekommen und auch für uns ein paar Snacks, das war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Generell ist die Gastgeberin total freundlich und hat uns frische Pilze und Gebäck vorbeigebracht. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Wir waren oft in Rabac spazieren an der Promenade mit einigen Restaurants, ist sehr zu empfehlen - 20 min mit dem Auto. In alle anderen Städte wie z.B. Pula, Rovijn, Porec benötigt man ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Porec und Rovijn sind wunderschön!
