Very nice, small apartment. Right in the pedestrian zone and right on the beach. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants also nearby. The apartment has good amenities and was very clean. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay here! The place was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bottle of wine was a very thoughtful touch and made me feel warmly welcomed. The location is ultra central, with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, the views of the harbour are absolutely stunning — a real highlight of my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

The stay at Lino's was very nice, the house was very well equipped and nothing was missing. Impeccable cleanliness, great location to visit Kamenjak, convenient parking inside the property, privacy and silence in the surroundings. We were particularly surprised by the great hospitality of Lino and his wife. Ultimately, highly recommended accommodation!!!

This place truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The accommodation looks even better in person than it does in the photos, which is a rare and pleasant surprise. The attention to detail was impressive. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchen utensils to toiletries like shampoo and soap. We didn't have to worry about bringing or buying any essentials, which made our stay so much more convenient and comfortable. Our host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. Milos went above and beyond by providing us with a generous welcome gift - a bottle of water, juice, and even wine! This kind gesture really set the tone for our entire stay. Very good experience, just a few steps from the sea, very well located and very spacious. They quickly responded to our requests and it was an excellent place to rest and go for a walk.

Very nice hosts. Great location, just a few meters from the sea. From the garden direct path to the shore, to the start of a walk. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the waterfront or to the beach. Otherwise a good starting point for exploring Istria by car. The house is of old stone house style with wooden shop. Covered sun terrace towards the south-southwest directly overlooks the quiet sea, invites you to have breakfast or relax. Beautiful sunset. A clear recommendation from us!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and a peaceful environment that allowed us to relax after exploring. Patricija was a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We found Natasha and Samuele to be two wonderful people, they exceeded expectations right from the first contact with Natasha; they make you feel at home with their special and unexpected welcome, even with unexpected gestures and welcome gifts! Bathroom kit as in resorts, including sleep masks. Apartment with attention to every detail and excellent taste, especially the bedroom/living room with a large window overlooking the sea. But also the super-equipped kitchen enjoys the same view for breakfast or lunch. Perfect for two people. We stayed in touch with Natasha and Samuele during our stay, receiving valuable tips and information about activities and places of interest nearby. We will definitely be back and recommend it! And anyway Trieste is a beautiful city and you eat and drink very well!
