Apartment vacation rentals in Novigrad

We had such an incredible stay at Rosi’s apartment. Overlooking the sea in old town was incredible. The apartment has so much character and charm which was so close to all restaurants and shops and bars. It was a home away from home. We will always remove our stay fondly.

Our stay was perfect. Martina and Nils met us at the property and made sure we had everything we needed. Location was perfect for water front, restaurants and excursions. Apartment was better than describe and spotlessly clean. We loved the sunset dolphins trip, day trip to Venice and island hoping. All in all one of our favourite holidays. Many thanks

Richtig süßes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden! Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse war ein Traum! Die Kommunikation war auch super, schnelle Antworten. Sehr gerne wieder! ☺️

Jens is een fijne snel reagerende host. Het huis is met veel liefde en zorg gerenoveerd en ingericht. Heerlijke uitvalsbasis naar o.a. Motovun, Oprtalj, en Porec. Fantastisch startpunt om met de racefiets mooie tochten te maken met hoogtemeters naar keus. Mijn vrouw en ik hebben erg genoten!

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Pool und Garten waren sehr hübsch und gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Eigenes Olivenöl mit bestem Geschmack! Sanja und Drazen sprechen sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch. Man spürt ihre ehrliche Wärme. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen und alles in der Nähe gut erreichbar

Ruim appartement met een geweldig terras. Mladen wacht je op bij zijn priveparkeerplaats en brengt je naar het appartement. Hij droeg meteen een deel van de bagage. Een klein stukje lopen naar het appartement maar om boven te komen een stukje klimmen. De koffer werd wel naar boven gedragen. Bovengelegen vergeet je de trap door de sfeer op het ruime en stille terras. Alles is aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf. Mladen beantwoord de vragen meteen en geeft tips over restaurants en de omgeving. Wij vonden het jammer om na een week te vertrekken.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Umag und Umgebung! Die Unterkunft war mehr als man sich erwarten würde, makellos sauber, traumhafter Blick auf das Wasser und alle Extras die nicht zum Standard gehören und einen zuhause fühlen lassen. Kristjan war ein super Gastgeber! Mehr geht nicht, wir waren sehr glücklich über den Glücksgriff und das obwohl wir nur einen Tag vorher gebucht hatten. Danke! 🙏

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung gefühlt. Tolle Lage, tolke Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Blick von der Dachterrasse, einfach nur Klasse! Konnten hervorragend alles zu Fuß erreichen. Auch der dritte Stock war problemlos zu meistern. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Danke Vesna & Igor für die tolle Zeit!

Znakomite miejsce. Ładnie położony apartament z 3 tarasikami, zawsze można znaleźć i słońce, i cień. Ładny widok na morze i ogród. Apartament świetnie pomyślany, funkcjonalny, wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. Nowoczesny, nieskazitelnie czysty. Luka był życzliwy i szybki w komunikacji.

Die Wohnung liegt kurz vor er Altstadt, ganz nah beim Strand und ist doch sehr ruhig. Vor allem der Balkon mit der wunderschönen Aussicht übers Meer macht die Wohnung zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Altstadt, mehrere Supermärkte, ein Kieselstrand und der lange Stadttstrand mit der schattigen Wiese sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Andrea hat alles super organisiert, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, wir hatten sehr erholsame Tage.

Abbiamo passato tre notti davvero piacevoli nell’appartamento di Ana. Lei è stata gentilissima, simpatica e parla italiano, cosa che ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio. La casa è accogliente, pulitissima e profumata, con una cucina ben attrezzata che ci ha permesso di mangiare comodamente a casa. Molto rilassante anche il terrazzino esterno con i divanetti. Zona tranquilla e residenziale, parcheggio interno super comodo. Il mare è a 10 minuti, il centro un po’ più in là, ma tutto facilmente raggiungibile. Tutto perfetto. Grazie Ana!

Simply Perfect! Our family of four moved into this truly clean, well-furnished, and very pretty apartment for 8 days. Everything was just as pictured – we were especially impressed by the wonderful terrace and pool, but e.g. the quality of the beds was also perfect! Gizela is a fantastic host and was incredibly flexible with our check-in and check-out times. That alone made our stay even more precious. Thank you, Gizela – we'll be back!

Everything was great. Ivana was a perfect host, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. The flat looked just like in the pictures, and upon arrival, we found some nice treats that Ivana had placed in the flat. I really enjoyed the stay – thank you!

Brankas Unterkunft ist ein absolutes Juwel: Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt am Wasser und super zum Schnorcheln, ruhige Umgebung, großartige Aussicht auf das Meer von der Terasse aus. Zum Einkaufen braucht man das Auto, aber eine Pizzeria und eine Strandbar sind 5 min zu Fuss entfernt. Die Wohnung ist neu und total komfortabel. Hinzu kommen noch Extras wie der Gasgrill und die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Branka und ihre Familie sind wahnsinnig lieb und hilfsbereit! Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht und auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Stil ist modern und insgesamt einfach nur stimmig. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterasse. Denisa ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in der wunderschönen Unterkunft und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Es ist ein atemberaubender Ausblick und der Whirlpool ist das Sahnehäubchen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die beiden Terrassen und die gute Lage in Bezug auf Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants und dem kulturellen Leben. In Piran ist immer was los. Am Wochenende konnten wir tolle Livemusik erleben.

Mooi appartement, goede locatie

Lovely place couldn’t fault it, fab views. Loved sitting in the hot-tub whatever the weather. But care needed when exiting hot-tub tiles are slippy. Use the boards provided to prevent slipping!

We had the most incredible stay at Iva and Vladimir’s place – it genuinely surpassed all our expectations. The accommodation itself was absolutely beautiful – thoughtfully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt considered, and it easily stands out as the best place we’ve ever stayed in. Iva and Vladimir were the most lovely hosts – warm, down to earth, and so welcoming from the moment we arrived. They made us feel at home straight away, and their local tips added so much to our trip. As for Rovinj and the wider Istria region – even more breathtaking in person than we could have imagined. The old town’s charm, the coastline, the food, the atmosphere… it all made for an unforgettable experience. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already hoping to return. Wholeheartedly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area – you won’t find better.
