An 18th century holiday cottage, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have an entire separate house in which there is a common room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a bathroom, along with a Finnish sauna made of linden wood and in the attic two bedrooms with a layout, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). Everything in Šumavský Podlesí. You can use the garden and a seating area with barbecue facilities. Guests have full privacy.

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Cozy, nice and quiet place. We could use a cellar with the possibility of storing bikes and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing breakfast and dinner. Mr. Marek proactively called me before arrival and communicated, or repeated, important information (parking, check-in, keys, cellar, checkout...), so everything went smoothly. We - my mother, my daughter and I - wanted to spend a cozy, girls' break together. And we really could do that in Katrin's apartment! Check-in was easy, parking no problem, and the location is great because you can get everywhere very quickly, but it is really nice and quiet on site. The apartment was fantastic: modern, cozy, lots of wood, cuddly, lots of seating, kitchen well equipped. At our request, we also received a baby cot and high chair without any problems. Communication with Katrin was extremely pleasant, helpful and fast. We actually felt very comfortable immediately and would like to spend a break here again for three - this time 😉 with dad. Thanks for a great vacation with you, Katrin! ❤️

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.
