We were two couples from the Bay Area. It was perfect for the four of us. Beautifully decorated, comfortable furniture and comfortable beds. Plenty of drawer space in bedrooms and closets for our cloths and things. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outdoor space. Laura was very available for any questions. Check in and check out were very easy. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place!

my friend and I stayed at Peter‘s place over Easter weekend, and we just loved everything about it. The home layout was fantastic with one wing having all of the social spaces, dining kitchen lounging rooms with huge windows that looked across both lagoons. Beautiful sunset and watching the sea birds. The other wing had a sleeping quarters in the bathrooms. Everything was pristine and there was plenty of space. One room is a bunk room, which was super fun and the beds were really comfortable. The house is well located and even more beautiful than the pictures Peter was super responsive and proactive we would stay again in a heartbeat. There are such beautiful, calm, peaceful energy, a great place to unwind.

What an absolute pleasure to stay at Jewel on the Avenue!! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want for a group get away. It’s also perfectly located near downtown. We were initially using San Anselmo as a home base to visit a couple places around the area but we ended up spending a good amount of time downtown. San Anselmo is so lovely!! We will definitely be back. Thank you thank you to our wonderful hosts Geri & Laura!!!

The surrounding area of the airstream was extremely peaceful and it was really nice to be so close to nature. The airstream was extremely cozy and it felt right at home. The outdoor shower as well as the barbecue grill were great amenities. There was a hammock outside by the trees and it was super relaxing to chill there. A rather close hike, about 30 minutes, to Muir Woods and we got to save on parking reservations. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back to stay here.

Tim and Margo’s home was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully set up for a comfortable stay. The space was exactly as described, and even better in person! Everything was spotless, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the check-in/checkout process was clear and easy to follow. They were incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcomed. We appreciated all the little touches and how much care was put into making the home inviting. We only used a portion of the home, but everything we experienced was top-notch. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and seamless getaway. Thank you again, Tim and Margo!

We recently stayed at a quaint Airbnb that offered a unique combination of vintage charm and contemporary amenities. From the moment I arrived, I was taken by its characterful architecture, reminiscent of a bygone era. The exterior spoke volumes with its classic brick façade and delightful front porch adorned with cozy patio furniture. Upon stepping inside, I was welcomed into a homey living space that beautifully maintained its historical essence while incorporating all the comforts of modern living. The original hardwood floors and exposed wooden beams whispered tales of the past, creating an inviting warmth that modern builds often lack. The kitchen was a modern with stainless steel appliances yet there was a sense of nostalgia with the charming farmhouse ambiance. There were 6 beautiful patios and tall trees surrounding the house providing lots of spaces to enjoy the outdoors. We give it 5 stars ⭐️ plus accommodation.

We loved staying at the Cottage! It was truly a retreat. The landscaping and setting was absolutely stunning and so relaxing. The space is comfortable and so cute. Tom and Judy are great hosts, so friendly and welcoming!

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

This is a great location in Santa Rosa for visiting all the surrounding wineries. It’s near plenty of great spots on the Sonoma Hwy, but it’s also an easy commute to Sebastopol and surrounding attractions. The hosts were very accommodating for all of our needs, and the Airbnb itself was cozy and perfect for our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in wine country, this is it.

Our stay at Lucky Bend Lookout was absolutely a dream. I wish I could stay on the porch overlooking the river (with redwoods right on the property!) forever. Despite the space being somewhat small for 8 adults, it was so well-appointed and with so many bonus outdoor spaces that it didn't feel that way. Sarah went out of her way to ensure we understood the details in the listing and had all the info we'd need in advance. The house was very clean, and well-stocked with the essentials. Nothing super fancy but it very much did the job. Hopefully I can come back sometime in the summer when the dock is installed.

The location is spot on! The home is well-kept, with plenty of space, a comfortable setup, and a great outdoor deck surrounded by redwoods. Eating outside and grilling on the deck was a highlight. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were able to have the windows open and felt safe. We loved the cabin-style vibe of the home. The backyard features a gas firepit and an outdoor shower, with a washer and dryer in the basement. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The bathroom was on the smaller side and worked quite well for all of us. The off street parking has space for appx. two cars. The house is elevated due to building regulations and being 'up higher' only added to the experience and beauty of the place. Guerneville has great local shops, restaurants, and art stores & it’s an easy walk to downtown, tennis/pickle board courts, mini golf, and the river. Most importantly, Guerneville is a welcoming town that embraces diversity, which is why my family loves it.

The Treehouse was exactly what we needed. A peaceful retreat in a beautiful location. The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hot tub was a real treat! I appreciated all of the cute labels throughout the home that helped us locate items and replace them in the correct spots. I would definitely return. Thank you!

Loved staying at Lorri & Cookies' lovely home! It was so clean and well kept inside. They welcomed us with freshly baked cookies, wine, and lovely notes. Truly a hidden gem! We'd 100% stay again. Only note - the sun room gets a bit cold! So just be sure to use the extra covers that Lorri / Cookie provide :)

Caz cabin is truly magical. This was my second time visiting and it was just as incredible! The cabin was so cozy, and the backyard wad enchanting. I never wanted to leave the porch! Can’t wait for my next visit!

Diana’s place is a well cared for rustic cabin that is comfortable, and has a lot nice little “extras”. Kitchen is well stocked (seasonings, cooking oil, snacks, condiments) and everything you might need to cook a meal. Bed was very comfortable, and we loved the outdoor shower and hot tub. Close to lots of wineries and restaurants- Diana is always available to help with any advice/suggestions you might need. Best for two adults, but could accommodate a couple small children on the fold down couch.

Stylish, and cozy. Perfect little cabin for a couples quiet, and simple, weekend get-away. A minutes walk to a well stocked local market, or a magical soaking spot across the street on the Austin Creek. The sauna, and patio speak for themselves. Notable were: the well stocked kitchen with excellent gas range - an auspicious find for an avid home cook, high end touches like the Pendleton throws and Turkish bath and face towels which you WILL enjoy, the comfortable bed, enough lighting and heating options, AND… the library. Do yourself a favor, and peruse the shelves. Pull something off, and take a seat on the leather couch and under the reading lamp next to the window.
