House vacation rentals in Novate Milanese

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home. We felt like we were in a fairytale. Natalia were very sweet and helpful and we felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place for our vacation. We will recommend this place and it was perfect for family vacation -we were 5 adults and 6 children.

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Flavio at this Cantu lodging is truly outstanding! Not only is he a delightful person to chat with, but his level of professionalism is top-notch. My stays here are always enjoyable, and there are countless reasons why I keep coming back. Immagini perfettamente corrispondenti all’alloggio, cosa non scontata. La casa era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, l’host è sempre stato estremamente disponibile e cortese fin dalla prima comunicazione. Perfetta la posizione per noi che cercavamo un alloggio ampio e vicino alla fiera di Milano: la settimana è stata stancante ma la sera ci sembrava quasi di rientrare a casa nostra perchè tutta la casa è davvero ben curata e trasmette calore.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem, modernen Bad. Super Kommunikation. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ausführlichen Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une magnifique maison très bien entretenue où chacun pouvait avoir son espace Le jardin ainsi que la piscine étaient très confort Alberto qui nous a accueillis était vraiment très sympa et souriant Je recommande vivement !!

Gaetano was an amazing host. He was so welcoming and friendly. Such a cute little apartment and we had so much space for 3 people. The fire for when it was cold so was nice too. Would really recommend. It's about an hour away from Milan on bus and tram but we didn't mind the travelling. Local supermarket was massive, was about a 10 minute walk but super easy to find.

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf. Alle comfort was aanwezig voor ons gezin (met 2 kinderen van 8 & 9 jaar). We hebben mooie wandelingen kunnen maken in de omgeving (mooie natuur en interessante bezienswaardigheden). Het zwembad was fantastisch. Leuke horeca (trattoria's) in de nabijheid.

Maurizio's home is very well situated when visiting Milan. We stayed a week with our two little dogs and took buses which are located a minute from the home to the metro. Getting to the Duomo or Central Station took only 30 minutes total. Milan has an extensive bus and metro system and is extremely easy to use. We appreciated Maurizio's ground floor home with no stairs as my husband has a mild disability. The kitchen was very well equipped to cook and the living room was comfortable after a day of sightseeing. Maurizio was very kind and very communicative before and throughout our stay. He had very good suggestions for dinner and the pizza restaurant across the street was excellent. The neighbourhood felt very safe and the home is quite quiet during the night even though it is on a main road. There is a really nice canal walk just two blocks away as well. Overall, this home was very comfortable and we would recommend Maurizio's home for your next stay in Milan.

Sarà è stata una host eccellente. Precisa, disponibile, cortese e professionale. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa distribuita su due livelli con delle camere molto soddisfacenti. L intorno è stata una vera sorpresa un borgo costituito da antiche cascine ben ristrutturate e trasformate anche in ristoranti ben condotti. Comodità di parcheggio e ottimi collegamenti con Milano concludono un bel quadro per un soggiorno rispettabile e piacevole.

Permanenza di un mese super-approvata. Appartamento chiaramente ristrutturato da poco, pulito, con tutto il necessario, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro storico a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Host e collabooratori dell'host pieni di gentilezza e informazioni.

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Ho soggiornato da Mario purtroppo solo una notte e sarei rimasto volentieri qualche altro giorno in più. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e silenzioso in posizione strategica. Grande Mario

Notre hôte nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et c était agréable ☺️ Appartement beau et moderne. Places de parc disponible à côté du logement. Il nous a conseillé un très bon restaurant à deux pas de la maison.

Barnaba ha sido un host estupendo. Estaba disponible en todo momento por si necesitábamos alguna cosa y además nos recomendó varios restaurantes y cafeterías de la zona que nos encantaron. El estudio era acogedor y estaba muy bien ubicado a unos 10 minutos del centro en metro. La estancia fue muy agradable y recomendaríamos el estudio de Barnaba a cualquiera que quiera ir a Milán a pasar unos días.

Excelente ubicación para los que tenemos actividades en el Centro de Convenciones Micco. A una cuadra un excelente supermercado, a una cuadra el Metro. Zona tranquila, arbolada, iluminada, segura y comunicada. ¡Una joya! Mil gracias Micol.

Hôte accueillante et très réactive. Le logement correspondait bien à la description et était même fourni avec des gels douches, serviettes, produits vaisselles et du café. Je recommande.

Anna Lucia is a nice host. Fair price, easy check in and out. Not easy to travel from/to Milan downtown on a weekend but calm area and close to the expo. Cleanliness is under my (high) expectation but generally ok.

Tout est positif, l’accueil, la relation avec les hôtes, la disponibilité, la gentillesse. Et pour la maison, rien à dire, tout était bien. Lieu, tranquillité, propreté, espace, si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne choisirons pas un autre établissement. Merci pour tout ! Patrice et toute la famille.
