Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Novalja

Luogo calmo. Il vento permette di godersi i terrazzi anche nelle ore più calde della giornata, ed essendo ampi è possibile spostare la sdraio presente per seguire il sole. Si vedono discretamente bene le stelle alla sera grazie al limitato inquinamento luminoso. La cucina era ben fornita di tazze, piatti, posate e strumenti per cucinare. Non abbiamo mai fatto fatica a trovare il necessario. La pulizia era molto buona, nulla di particolare da segnalare, se non un pochino di polvere (ma in zone praticamente nascoste) e lo scarico della doccia faceva a volte un po' di fatica, ma nulla di ingestibile. Molte prese di corrente in giro per la casa. Unico difetto qualche problema con la connessione WiFi: in momenti casuali la connessione diventava instabile. Proprietario molto cordiale, tranquillo e disponibile: ci ha aiutati con il phon quando non lo trovavamo e con la chiusura della porta di casa, sempre reattivo e disponibile al telefono. Consigliatissimo.

L'appartamento è davvero carino, è presente tutto il necessario e soprattutto dispone di un ampio giardino e balcone. La proprietaria è molto collaborativa e sempre disponibile per chiarire ogni richiesta. io e i miei amici (eravamo in 6) abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati davvero bene soprattutto per la posizione perchè in 5 minuti puoi raggiungere zrce beach. Consiglio l'alloggio in questo appartamento

Vzhledem k tomu, že pracujeme v hlavním městě naší země a toužili jsme po chvilkách klidu a samoty, tak jsme vybrali ubytování u Tey. Dovolená byla přesně podle našich představ jen jsme litovali, že jsme si ubytování zarezervovali, tak krátce před odjezdem a tudíž jsme zde strávili jen 3 noci. Rádi bychom se do budoucna vrátili na delší dobu. Na to, že byla hlavní sezóna bylo vše pokojné a i na všech pláží byl rozumný počet lidí. Služby byly 9 km od ubytování (obchod,zmrzlina,restaurace). Pláž 120 m vedla po příkrém terénu. Ne moc vhodný pro naše kolena a malé děti, takže jsme volily pozvolnější cestu, která měla něco kolem 850m vzdálenosti. Voda v zátoce byla hodně studená. My jezdili na člunu a odpádlovali si bokem od lidí, kde byla voda absolutně křišťálově modrá a člověk viděl i v hloubce na dno, ale také teploučká. Jednou jsem se dokonce koupala a kousek ode mě proplavalo houf delfínů. Bylo to kouzelné. Děkujeme. Rádi se znovu vrátíme.

Die Unterkunft von Amir hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt um 2 Nächte verlängert haben! 🙂 Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist super ausgestattet. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Zum Strand bzw. zur Bucht ist es nur ein kurzer Weg zur Fuß. Amir und seine Familie sind sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich, wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Ich war mit der kompletten Familie Ende Oktober ein paar Tage in der Villa. 6 Erwachsene und mein 1 Jahre alter Enkel. Wir hatten beide Apartments, also die ganze Villa für uns alleine. Absolut super! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und umfangreich ausgerüstet. Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln -alles da. Für Wasserratten gibt's Flossen, Windsurf- und andere Boards uva. Genial auch die großen Balkone mit Aussicht. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Absolut perfekt. Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer, Bad und Küche schön und sauber. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, da auf der Durchreise. Kommen aber gerne wieder.

Josipa’s place was excellent, very well equipped, lots of space, great welcoming host, great for the National Park, great value, highly recommended!

Hôte très accueillant et sympathique qui prend le temps de discuter. Maison neuve bien équipée. Mer à 5' à pied. Un peu de rumeur de la route mais calme absolue par rapport au voisinage.

Domaćin je ljubazan i lak za komunikaciju, super kuća, dobro opremljena. Mirno okruženje za pravi odmor.

This place has everything! Perfect place to stay if you want to go to the national park, and 3 minute walk to the water. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and private. Kitchen was well equipped. Wifi was strong. We were just 2, but would be fine for 4 adults as well, as it's spacious with 2 bathrooms. The patio gets beautiful afternoon sun. Beds were comfortable, nice linens. Air-conditioning in all the rooms. Swipe key access (multiple provided) makes group stays easy. Parking is right infront of the apartment, very easy. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

This place is truly amazing—recently renovated with stylish furniture throughout and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location too, just a 5-minute walk to the city center and only 2 minutes from a supermarket. Super convenient and comfortable!

Idéal, l'appartement est parfait très bien équipé rien ne manquait. Le parking est un gros plus lorsqu'on loue une voiture. Très belle terrasse avec une superbe vue. Je recommande à 1000 % Luka et son appartement. Notre semaine à été magnifique.

Luca understands quality, everything was first class. A quiet location next to a small olive grove, parking right at the front door, and a beautiful view from all the windows and balcony from which nobody is looking back at you. This is rare, If privacy is important to you, this place is perfect. You may walk in either direction along the shoreline directly on the beach or along a quiet street and walking path which is lit at night. Both offer stunning views from cliff edges and beachside, amazing. Take a swim anywhere, or bring your fishing rod. A very safe neighborhood with restaurants and groceries all nearby. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable, simple things like laundry detergent or toiletries plentiful. Everything was easy and without stress.

Проживання пройшло чудово, все відповідає описанню. Чудова зона для барбекю. Почуваєш себе як вдома, все необхідне для комфортного відпочинку присутнє. Господиня привітна, допомагала з усіма питаннями.

Lionelo ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar war und uns mit guten Empfehlungen für die Umgebung versorgt hat. Das Apartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - wir haben nichts vermisst. Von der großzügigen und privaten Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick über das Meer und auf spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben die Zeit in Lionelos Apartement sehr genossen.

Such a nice place and very kind and helpful hosts - Thank you very much, Terezija and Sasa! The apartment has everything you need and is perfectly well situated in the harbour with Restaurants, shops, the fish market, etc. Nevertheless it is quiet and you can enjoy the lovely garden with view on the sailing boats in the harbour. Beaches are within walking distance.
