Romantic fishing lodge Kozlov

Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

The heating is handled by a fireplace and an infrapan. There is a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed for two. The garden is large 777m2, has only one neighbor and is all fenced. Newly built log cabin from 2023 in a semi-secluded area, with a wonderful view. 2 km from Pernštejn Castle, 25 km from Nové Město na Moravě (Municipal Spa, Harusův kopec ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails), 15 km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. We will be happy to plan these routes for you.

Are you looking for something peaceful? Our cottage is exactly what you're looking for. It's located in a quiet little village called Bílý Kámen. The house itself is fully equipped. It includes a spacious garden where you will find a stone and gas fireplace with outdoor seating on the terrace and a pond, with a pleasant sitting. The possibility of parking is right next to the building in a fenced yard. There is a multifunctional playground in the village and you should pack bicycles with you.
