New comfortable apartment in city center SANDRA

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) Size of the apartment 70m2, two rooms with two beds 120/200, air conditioned wifi unlimited. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The easiest way to go to the beach is, I recommend a 2 min. Bus stop that takes you to the beautiful beach for 10 minutes. Leave the car free at the parking lot below the balcon. Super market 3min walk an traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants 5 min walking distance!

Oasis close to the sea with private pool in Lovran_1

Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

Dovedite cijelu obitelj u ovaj sjajan smještaj . Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu obiteljske kuće , smještenom u mirnom i sigurnom kvartu , udaljen 10 do 15 minuta autom od grada i plaže . 3 spavače sobe kuhinja , dnevni boravak , wc , 2 balkona , parkiralište za auto , roštilj , bazen ... U cijeni je uračunato : voda , struja , plin , internet , posteljina ( plahte , jastučnice ) , ručnici , bicikle i boravišna pristojba .

We were completely happy with the apartment. The landlord responded directly to our request - we had booked at short notice the day before. We were received in a very friendly manner, communication in German was easily possible. The apartment fully corresponds to the pictures/descriptions. A supermarket is directly opposite, bike rental possible from the landlord, alternatively bike rental 5 min. walk away. The old town is a short walk away - about 15 minutes. You can also walk to the beach - about 20 minutes. Car could be parked directly in front of the apartment in the yard. The pool and the spacious area around the pool can be used by all residential parties. Our apartment was right on the thoroughfare, but we were aware of this by the reviews read and did not bother us, as the windows are very well insulated. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Me and my friends had an incredible stay in Igors beautiful apartment!! It was well equipped with everything we needed, and the view was stunning. Really close to the sea and had a store right next to the building. Igor was a really helpful host and responded quickly. He left us a welcome bottle of wine and showed us around the apartment when we arrived which was really appreciated. Would love to come back!!

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring the area, eating at great restaurants, having drinks by the sea, relaxing, or just going to the market for snacks. I’d definitely stay here again! The apartment is well-equipped for cooking and eating in, comfortable, quiet, beautiful view of the marina, and a working a/c. One night, I took my drink outside and sat on the bench at the bottom of the stairs. Here, you can be as active or relaxed as you like. I will note for all who go to Red Island, take cash! They only take cash on the island for water sport rentals. If you use a lounge chair, it’s likely a person from the hotel will come and collect 10€. 👍🏻 anyhoo - great apartment, Milica! You have a gem. Grazie mille! Ci vediamo (spero).

We greatly enjoyed the house and especially the garden. It had many shaded and comfortable spots to sit and read or eat. The pool was a great place to cool down and for the kids to play in. The location given on the Airbnb link wasn't completely right. If you follow directions to the campsite in the village, you will pass by the house on your left. All the rooms have their own bathroom and AC. The only downside was that there wasn't enough water for 2 people to shower at the same time. Nada and her husband really take good care of the house.

Really loved the apartment! It was so clean and tidy. Goran was a fantastic, kind and helpful host. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Gorans mother was a very sweet and lovely lady too, with a cute little dog. The town was easily walkable and the airport was only 10/15mins away in taxi. Thank you for a great stay!

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

Ines is really a really great host!🥰 The apartment is well equipped and with two balconies offers the possibility to sit outside comfortably at any time of day! Everything was very clean and Ines even offered new towels. The air conditioning also worked perfectly. The location is perfect in our opinion, since the apartment is right between the center and beautiful beaches so everything is within walking distance. In the kitchen you can cook pleasantly, but we recommend bringing your own spices, as there is no sugar and pepper available. Overall, we would definitely recommend the apartment!☺️
