Loft vacation rentals in Nova Lima

Amei staying with Renata, everything was perfect, not to mention the wonderful decor of the apartment, all impeccable. When I return to BH I will stay with her again.

Super new apartment, has all kinds of utensils, iron and ironing board, wardrobes with hangers, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, sandwich maker, i.e. complete kitchen, TV, air-conditioning, bathroom with all amenities, spare blankets, super recommended accommodation, it was worth it, I felt at home.

Beautiful apartment with incredible view, well located and very clean and comfortable. The hydromassage is a super plus! Lili received us very well during the check in and was very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. It would be there again for sure!

Really beautiful place. Had full amenities, and is right next to the "lazer" section which has a full gym, pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop with amazing views. The view from the balcony is incredible. The neighborhood is nice. There is a grocery store across the street and some cafes around. It is also pretty close to the Mercado Central and Mercado Novo which are good tourist spots. Roger and Gabriel are great hosts and very receptive. Gabriel personally toured me around the building when I arrived. I really enjoyed my stay.

When I chose Gabriel's loft I didn't imagine how pleasant it would be for me. The space is exactly as described in the listing, I was surprised by the area, very spacious and quite comfortable. The kitchen is complete, it has all the tools to prepare food. The location of the building is quite comfortable, all the doormen are very polite and the loft is at the top of the building, it is possible to have a very good view of Belo Horizonte. It is easy to get to the bus station, where you can go to the historic cities of Minas Gerais. Gabriel was always attentive to messages, responding whenever he could, attentive to making me comfortable and answering any questions.

It is a building in the heart of BH, a true heritage of the city, very well located, with everything around, safe, with polite porters, helpful and gentle residents. The apto is ideal for two people, has a structure to accommodate well, I really liked the experience, stayed 30 days there and already felt at home and Evandro is a very good host! I highly recommend it.
