It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

A modern kitchen features a light-colored cabinetry and a central dining table surrounded by white chairs. A traditional hood is mounted above the stovetop, complemented by decorative wall tiles. Large windows provide natural light, and essential appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave, are visible.

Excellent, spacious apartment in a historic building, with functional furnishings for a comfortable stay with all kinds of accessories. Breakfast available and more than enough for the entire stay. Responsive, kind, attentive host without being intrusive or invasive, flexible and proactive. Highly recommended for a few days and also for a long stay.

The location of the apartment is conveniently located between the train station and the city center, so both are easily accessible on foot. The communication with Martina was smooth. She is an enjoyable, helpful person. We can fully recommend Tina House.

Accommodation in the city center, a great location for visiting the city on foot. Owner available, kind and attentive to guests' every need. We also found toys for our child, in addition to the stroller, which is very useful for getting around the city. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to visit Gorizia and its surroundings!
