Vacation rentals with breakfast in Nottingham

We loved our stay! Ruth's place was exactly as described. She was warm and welcoming with lots of local recommendations for our dogs to walk too. Her home was beautiful with lots of little touches that made the place feel like home. Yes, the stairs are steep and this was no issue as we read the description before arriving. To the person saying these are like ladders in another review.. this certainly isnt true. They are steep stairs, but when you take the stairs up to the bedspace you are met with the most lovely cosy space; dimly lit beautifully. We made use of the sauna despite me not being able to tolerated it but even so was a lovely added facility to try. The dogs settled well in the kitchen overnight and despite being on the main highstreet it was blissfully quiet. No disturbances what so ever. And we are hoping to come back and explore the area more!

We had a lovely stay at Sally’s cottage with our two young children. The property was well furnished and beds/sofas really comfy. There are lots of nice added features such as blankets in the front room to coat up under. Our children really enjoyed playing in the garden. The bedrooms worked fine for us and we managed the stairs with aid of stair gates. Only thing I would mention is that the toilet is downstairs and away from the bedrooms so this might be an issue for some visitors but we had no problems. Overall a lovely property.

We spent nearly two weeks as we were visiting family. Oakham is a lovely village and very central for exploring the Midlands. Jenni’s place was perfect for our stay as we had a car. Given it wasn’t in the centre of Oakham, it was more affordable and in a lovely neighbourhood. The house itself was decorated with character and had everything we needed for my three teenagers and they were particularly excited by the PlayStation. The enclosed verandah/conservatory was a lovely place to sit and looks into the lovely garden. We cooked many meals in and the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking and a lovely big dining table in the conservatory. Jenni and her manager Olly were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay in Nottingham. The house is in such a central location, about a 5 minute walk from the arena. Scott is an excellent host and came straight back to me when I had any questions. We will definitely stay again if our plans take us to Nottingham xxx

Elly's house was ideal for us. It's in the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac and is a nice size for a family of four to share. The house is really well looked after and Elly was very generous with food and practical items that she'd provided to help enhance our stay. We used the house as a base to travel to Wheelgate Park and Chatsworth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.

Lovely house in a good location. Very clean with a great lounge, also comfortable and nice sized rooms. Jasmine was really helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again!

This is a great place to stay. The property is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It is in a quiet area a short walk away from Melton Mowbray town centre. The host, Adie is very friendly and check in instructions and directions were easy and clear. We really appreciated having tea, coffee, milk and even cereals and breakfast items provided for our stay which was a really nice addition. Highly recommend Adie's place for a stay in this area.

Really good value for money, we visit Nottingham a lot, so will definitely come back here!! Nice quiet location in The Park, but so walkable and close to everything. Really nice yoga studio next door that I was able to use for a quick workout- thank you! The most comfortable bed too!

This is a delightful place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the location is convenient. It has 2 large comfortable chairs, a large couch, and a nice double bed. Andrew took care to stock the kitchen with milk, fruit, bread, jam, and an array of spices, condiments, and other convenience items. There is a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, kettle, etc. I couldn't think of anything the kitchen needed. It is ideal for someone needing to be at the University of Nottingham for a period of time, since it is about a 15 minute walk to the entrance. Woolaton park is also only 10 minutes away, and getting on to a bus route to other locations is also close by. There is a "Dairy Box" convenience store next door to the location, which is excellent for getting breakfast foods, dinners, and most convenience items. The television and internet both work at a top-notch level. Overall, this is one of the nicest and most convenient Airbnb's I have ever stayed in.

Peter is a really nice guy and very easy to get on with. I had communicated with him on line before my visit and explained why I was in the area. He loaned me a copy of a book associated with where I was going which was very thoughtful. He also provided items for breakfast which was very kind as well. All of the accommodation was as described and everything was clean and tidy. Off street parking and a pub that serves excellent food directly opposite. Wonderful!

A great little flat with a large bedroom with sitting area, separate single bedroom, mini kitchen and a shower room. DIY cold breakfast supplied included cereals, yoghurt, two different juices, bread for toast and jam. Martin is really friendly and available to help at any time if needed. It is excellent value for such a big space that would work well for a family with a child. I would happily return if I was back in the area.

Lynn & Gavin were great hosts — very friendly and accommodating! They were so kind to lend us an excellent hiking map and provide us with walking directions upon arrival. The breakfast was great! Their property is located very close to cute Tissington village and the walking trail. If you are looking for a quiet, remote getaway — this is your spot! :)

David and Justine are extremely kind and accommodating. The homemade breakfast items and fruit are a treat every morning! Special diets are taken into account and the hosts aim to make your stay special and comfortable. I was given directions for a lovely walk in the hills which I thoroughly enjoyed. I appreciated the electric blanket and space heater to take the chill off when needed. Shops for food and restaurants are a very short walk down the road.

5* Bed and Breakfast We're so glad to have found this place to spend 4 wonderful nights. We just wish we could have stayed for longer. Karen and Chris were warm and welcoming from the very beginning and took care in showing us around the property which is beautiful inside and out. The room was stunning and had everything you could ever need and the soft and plump furnishings didnt go amiss. Everything was perfect! After a long day of hiking we were able come back to an amazing power shower, a large cosy bed and relax for the night in the nice fluffy robes that were on offer. We were always welcomed with big smiles first thing in the morning and set up for the day ahead with a delicious breakfast. Karen and Chris were always so attentive and friendly which made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. We loved our morning chats with Karen, it felt like we had known her for years. We've found a little peace of paradise and we can't wait to visit again x

Perfect for what we need, as we attended a wedding locally. Steve was very helpful in the run up, and accommodated us arriving early to get ready for the Wedding. Nice set up, and plenty of tea / coffee / Breakfast items and juice. Exactly as described in his listing, and we felt straight at home. The bed and linens were comfortable and luxurious. Thanks Steve, a great Airbnb host.

This cottage is a little gem! You can really see the owner’s dedication to creating a comfortable and pleasant experience for her Airbnb guests. It’s clean, well-organized, and breakfast is provided. Everything you might need is there—from the microwave to the kettle, and even an iron. The beds are comfortable, and everything is spotless! The little sitting room is lovely, as is the outdoor space. We only stayed one night, as it was on our way back from a trip to Scotland, but we really enjoyed the food at the nearby gastropub and visiting Sherwood Forest—an epic experience for our child, who’s a big Robin Hood fan. Thank you, Clare—we’ll definitely be back!
