The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and docks. This listing refers to the lower apartment of the house. The hiking trail starts directly outside the gate and you can hike into the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in the south/southwest location with sun from the morning to the late night. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you

From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. The apartment is light and open-planned, it has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and a living room including kitchen table and a lounge area. Except for the closeness to the ocean there are several picturesque villages nearby to explore, as well as numerous hiking trails and mountain top views to experience.
