Chalet vacation rentals in Norwegian Sea

The cottage is absolutely fantastic. The view over the lake and the mountains is breath taking and we were lucky to see the Northern Lights from the terrace.

Great location near the main chair lifts that connects you to the whole Åre ski system. Ski in and ski out was a real bonus. A lovely cosy chalet, well equipped with everything you need to cook and relax after a day of skiing. Kim, our host, was always quick with responses to all of our questions. Would definitely say here again. Make sure you do the night skiing in Duved- it was fantastic!

Perfect accommodation for large groups. The social areas and the hall were well taken. Close proximity to cross country ski tracks. Lovely with sauna and fireplace.

Heidi’s cabin was a perfect place for our stay in Beitostølen. Close to shops, restaurants, slopes, and trails, but also secluded and quiet. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Heidi was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Would absolutely return!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful chalet! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect – it was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home, and after long days on the slopes, it was pure bliss to relax by the fireplace. The location was very convenient with the ski bus stop only 150m away. We did not have a car during our stay, but the local supermarket (and Alko shop) is 10 mins easy walk away. Everything in the chalet was just very carefully planned. Lots of closet space for all those bulky winter clothes. Drying cabinet for wet gloves and shoes, and of course the sauna was amazing. Nicolina was wonderful—thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already dreaming of coming back! If you're looking for the perfect ski getaway, this is the place. Highly recommended!

The house is in a very good location -you can reach the Ski lift very easy. There is lots of room for families and very comfortable for 3 families to share. The owner is very responsive and helpful.I would highly recommend them as hosts and the property with great amenities and location. We had a great time

Perfect distribution with bedroom, sauna and bathroom downstairs and large living room with connecting kitchen upstairs. Plenty of room for all the company's children and adults to hang out without getting crowded. Wonderful window bench for morning coffee. Super close to the piste that takes one down to the sadelexpress and the hermelinen lift that goes over to the bear and copperhill. Our larger children could easily get out throughout the system and home themselves. Skiing for all levels right outside the house. The kids also had fun playing on the slopes just outside the house. This is a great house! Would love to stay here again next time next time we visit Åre.

This was an incredible experience!! This stay and it’s host went far beyond anything we could have wished for. This place is perfect for a romantic couples holidays. The location, the cozyness, the cleanliness, the host support welcoming us and facilities for this stay were a 11/10. Basicly we would have given a 6 stars out of 5, if there was the option. It's hard not to have your hands over your head after our skiing holiday in Hafjell. Christopher and Snædis have a great cabin/apartment here, and they've just made it easy for a family with children to be there. The beds were made up when we arrived, there were delicious towels and soaps, there was wood for the wood-burning stove and there were toys for the kids. In addition, it is only a snowball throw from all the cool things in Favn. Huge recommendation from here!

Beautiful house in a top location, quiet location but close to all necessary facilities such as restaurants and ski lift. Actually it was even more beautiful than in the photos.

Great place to stay in nature. The slope for cross-country skiing leads directly past the house. Equipment for skiing can be rented close by. Supermarket and ski lifts can be reached after a short distance. A car is necessary. Very well-equipped kitchen, great pool. We will be happy to come back.

Literally the best experience ever - 5 out of 5 stars. The host was incredibly responsive / helpful, made a great tour guide recommendation (shout-out to Vegard @ æventyr), and the lodge was incredibly spacious / comfortable. Had great luck seeing the Northern Lights on the patio EVERY NIGHT, and it was fantastic. Well appointed kitchen, super fast internet (500Mbps regularly), good spaces for groups, and a bathroom in each room (which I'm coming to realize is a HUGE differentiating factor with other AirBNBs in this part of Norway). Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

The villa is beautiful, with a large living area and sauna. The location along the lake is its strong point, we stayed in 8 (6 adults and 2 children) and it was all perfect

We felt very comfortable. The house is comfortably and cozily furnished. The fantastically located and equipped sauna house is shared with the owners, which is absolutely no problem. The whole property is well maintained and is beautifully located on a large lake. The view over the lake with northern lights is unforgettable. Exceptionally friendly landlords who go the extra mile. Jukka gave us very good tips for the area. We will be happy to come back.

Great location great hosts!

We spent 2 and a half weeks here with three children and two dogs. It was all neat, clean and welcoming. The house is equipped with everything you need (toilet paper, dishwasher, spices, soap, even a toothbrush if one is missing😉). Of course, we refilled everything with a long stay. The possibility to borrow canoes was great, the lake and a swimming spot just a few meters away. The surroundings are perfect if you are looking for peace and nature. Cecilé responds very quickly to all questions and is nice and absolutely helpful. We had a very nice stay and will also be happy to come back.
