Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in Norwegian Sea

Anne welcomed us to her wooden cabin by the Faleidfjorden. A warm welcome with all the recommendations and tips to take full advantage of this experience in nature. The beds are very comfortable, the shower outside with the river water invigorating! We spent two days there with a 10-year-old child. The breakfasts with Anne were an opportunity for us to chat and learn a bit about life in this part of Norway. In short, it was a beautiful stop on our itinerary in central Norway. A place with limited access to Internet, with no distractions. Very quiet and a bit remote, though easy to get to by a car. Be ready to cover last 300 meters on skis or snowshoes during snow season. Which is a part of the fun to me though. This is a unique experience of getting a feeling of extreme remoteness without actually being in a truly remote place, which may not be acceptable for everyone because of many reasons. The host is fantastic.

Clean, neat, cozy, great location and luxury duvets. And remember to conserve power.

Good transport links as close to trains and buses plus very convenient check-in, close to restaurants and tourist activities; would definitely recommend, had a lovely stay! : )

Lovely peaceful big house by the forest and with a great view of the sea and the mountains. The apartment was very clean given the many people coming and going everyday. It was nice to meet some reindeers and other guests in the apartment; and to meet Dante!

it seems some reviews seen on internet sites of this lodge are from previous owners. check recent reviews. the room was very clean and comfortable. the entire setting on the Torneå was gorgeous. Max turned on the Sauna just for us every night. in August, there were few tourists, so it was quiet and private for us. we cooked for ourselves with all needed items, so I can't rate the restaurant.

Had a very pleasant stay at meretes place. The tent was cozy and had a mini heater too. We had a good chat early morning discussing various topics and the breakfast (chia pudding, croissant) was excellent. I didn’t get to say hi 👋 to the pet dog :( I would definitely recommend this place.

Piet and his wife were very nice, welcomed me with coffee and cake. A simple home (unfortunately a little hard bed) with what you need to sleep a night while passing through. They also invited me to a sauna evening with a few others in the village, so nice!
