IMPORTANT: There is no electricity or water in the cabin. Generator is available for short use and there is an outhouse in the barn. We cannot guarantee water in the river for bathing. Charming mountain seat/cabin in beautiful surroundings in Nordfjord. Here you get to experience the real Norwegian cabin feeling, travel back in time a bit and have the opportunity to relax. The cabin is a good starting point for several great trips into the mountains, and if you want to relax you can do it in the sun wall with fjord and mountain views or around the fire pit.

My grandmother and grandfather's house OKSALA is located in the southern part of Kaukosen village, 1.5 km from the Ounasjoki bridge on the west side of the river. The distance to the Reidar Särestöniemi Museum is 9 km, to Kittilä 20 km, to Levi 40 km and to Ylläs (Ylläasjärvi) 30 km. The house is a place to experience the lights and silence of Lapland, the nature and culture of Lapland in the village community of Kaukonen. My grandmother was a seamstress and my grandfather was a hunter and fisherman. I've been trying to keep a hint of it for you.

Welcome to a newly renovated apartment in a charming barn from the 1890s in the heart of Skålvikfjorden. A perfect starting point for forest and mountain trips. Kayak, canoe and SUP can be rented just 100 m away. A small dinghy can also be rented for quiet trips on the fjord. Two bicycles are ready for lending, and a floating sauna raft is also just nearby! The climbing park Høyt & Lavt on Valsøya is about 30 min away by car, and the nearest grocery store can be found at Halsa Fergekai, about 6 km away.

The guest apartment is built in an old barn in our cozy country yard, surrounded by fields and forests. The apartment has a double bed and a 120 cm bed for extra guests and a crib on request. You also have your own cozy yard area. Panelia is an idyllic village that is worth visiting! The village grocery store is open every day. We are 40 minutes drive from Pori and Rauma.

Totalt 80 kvadrat fordelt på gang, bad, soverom, kjøkken og stue med peisovn. Huset også kalt Fjøsen på Draugnes ligger på Arnøya i Nordtroms. Øya er kjent for gode jaktmuligheter på småviltjakt og fiske i sjø. Stor bestand av ørn. 3 km til matbutikk og hurtigbåtkai. Båt fra Tromsø anløper daglig.

Few places are the landscape more conspicious than at Laupstad, where our farmhouse lies just between the sandy beach and mountains. We welcome singles, couples and families of every nationality! Fishing trips is possible. The midnight sun is best experienced by boat after all.

The ultimate starting point for trips along the beach on Stave, trip to Måtind, Høyvika or Skogvoll nature reserve. The apartment has skylights that make it perfect for watching the northern lights.
