We really enjoyed our stay - the flat was spotless, tastefully furnished and in a great location. The check‑in process was smooth and the host was responsive throughout. My only small gripe was the rigidity around check‑in and check‑out times. Check‑in wasn’t available until 4 PM, and check‑out strictly at 10 AM (with a hefty £35 fee to arrive earlier). Our cleaner arrived at 10:15 AM, which felt a little tight. If the host could offer even a 30‑minute buffer on either end, it would make arrivals and departures much more relaxed. Overall, highly recommended - just be aware of the fixed times!

Hayley is the perfect host, accepted my request at short notice, very friendly and responsive. The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! I highly recommend a stay at Haley's Annex you won't be disappointed, I would deferentially book again! Hayley many thanks!

Great location, nice small garden for the dogs to use. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. Would be more than happy to go there again.

Ally & Simon are incredibly great & helpful hosts. Their accommodation is absolutely spot on, clean & modern. Beautiful garden and the whole house. Definitely recommend staying there, very close to the town centre, great location. Parking spot in front of the house. We will be definitely coming back. We had a wonderful week here with our two-year-old daughter. The location is perfect. Within a two-minute walk, there are several restaurants and breakfast spots (The Bear Inn was our favorite). In just five minutes, you’re at the train station, where you can catch a train to Oxford and London. There’s so much to do in the area for children. The cottage had everything we needed, and the hot tub was a big bonus. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a terrific place, great location, great ambience, everything you need, right in the heart of Stow. It's a small place tucked into the attic space so there's a few quirks. If it was my place, I'd do better than a curtain between the bedroom and the bathroom, something better than a see-through blind on the skylight right over the bed, and somewhere, anywhere, to hang a towel in the bathroom (simple hook over the shower screen?). Not to mention the kitchen drawer that only opens when the oven door is open! But as a guest, if these things are likely to bother you you're not reading this, you've already booked a hotel somewhere with the tour groups. Instead you've got a place full of character in a top location. Overall this was a great Cotswolds stay. We loved it. Highly recommended.

We stayed here to celebrate my mums 60th as some family live in Kent and some in wales. This was a perfect house to host in. It was a lovely size and great for the outside driveway parking. The house was very clean and presentable. We had been left fresh coffee beans for the coffee make which was a lovely touch. The house was in walking distance to some shops and pub and a short drive to Bicester village. The owner answered straight away to any questions we had. Would highly recommend

James was very responsive and accommodating. His accommodation was as described and he was very welcoming. Will stay here again should the opportunity arise.
