Vacation rentals with a pool in Northern Vietnam

dieser Ort ist perfekt um mal aus dem Trubel der Stadt zu gelangen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und super zuvorkommend. Als es mir am Tag der Abreise nicht so gut ging, durften wir auch später auschecken. Bei Ausflügen wurde uns immer direkt geholfen ein Auto zu organisieren. Es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Ort. das Essen ist auch super lecker.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is in hills of Haiphong and it was great. The house itself is gorgeous and clean and has all amenities needed for cooking for yourself. It also has a great little pool and nice outdoor areas. Location-wise, the home was a 15 min walk from the town however it's at the top of a very steep hill, meaning walking to the town was fine, but we got Grabs back up afterwards. It was difficult to get Grabs to pick us up from our airbnb, maybe because it's on a new estate and so the taxi drivers were unfamiliar with the area. Haiphong is not very touristy & thus there weren't many available Grabs, even in the town. One trick we found was to go to the FLC hotel that is a 5 min walk away and order a taxi through their concierge. We also went to the rooftop bar there which was stunning. The area is quite the ghost town and even though the huge FLC hotel is right next door, we barely saw any tourists. Overall though, it was exactly what we needed/wanted!

Très bel endroit, beau coucher de soleil, belle piscine ! Les chambres étaient propres, l’hôte était très gentille et super accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner inclus et les vélos pouvant être utilisés gratuitement sont vraiment pratique. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je le recommande fortement.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

숙소를 찾기 쉬우며, 숙소의 주변에 같이 사용하는 편의 시설(레스토랑, 수영장, 헬스장 등)이 있어서 안에서 모든 것을 다 해결할수 있었다. 모든 시설은 사진과 동일 했다. 아주 좋고 편하게 즐기다가 갑니다. 저는 이곳을 적극 추천합니다. ^^

非常棒的房间，老板也非常热情

We had a fantastic holiday at Hien's lovely property. Our trip was an international family get together rather than sightseeing holiday and the location was ideal for us. We had young kids with us so the local park and pool were really handy as well is the nearby beach. Hien was very helpful with organising the boat trip and local restaurant suggestions. Both sets of grandparents had a lovely time and the spacious property gave us lots of opportunity to spend quality time together. I would highly recommend the property and have no doubt that Hien is indeed a superhost! Thank you Hien for making our holiday so special :)

Phòng đẹp , sạch sẽ và gọn gàng ấm cúng lắm ạ . Giường còn êm và mềm hơn cả giường ở nhà của bọn em . Căn bếp thì đầy đủ mọi thiết bị , phòng tắm thì không phải lo về việc mất nước nóng giữa chừng . Điều tuyệt vời hơn là cả căn nhà thơm mùi đào , đúng mùi em thít . chủ nhà thân thiện quan tâm và nhiệt tình ( special thanks to A Hải , shout out to chị Quản gia 🤙🏻 ) Chúng em sẽ quay lại nếu có cơ hội và mong rằng sẽ không bị ngộ độc thực phẩm nữa hahahaha

The apartment is even nicer than the pictures. Looks brand new in an upscale building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. I didn't use the building amenities but it has a good gym and pool. I stayed there for 6 weeks and the kitchen had everything I needed, the king size bed was very comfy and strong water pressure in the shower (my top 3). There are lots of shops and street food within an easy walk and more around West Lake. Lotte Mall is 3 blocks away with nice restaurants, a big grocery and would be competition for any mall in the US. Very quiet neighborhood with Old town a convenient Grab ride away (about $2). I did 4 street food tours, great way to meet other travelers and learn how to order and eat the local food. Ms Hoa is a gem. She was very proactive, preparing me for my arrival and checking on me. Though I didn't need to contact her often because I never had a problem, she always replied quickly to my requests for info or recommendations.

一间漂亮的公寓。它位于城镇的宜居区。 公寓干净、漂亮、很新。床很软很舒服。 下面和周围有所有便利设施。你可以步行去享受这里的一切。 空气也很清新、安静。 一个完美的地方。

Extremely proactive Host. Literally responds within minutes. Hang made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The Onsen next door was relaxing to say the least. Great neighborhood to enjoy evening walks and plenty of food options and marts just steps away. The room decor was very warm and snazy and above all very clean. We had a wonderful time and shall definitely repeat. Thanks again!

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
