An excellent stay at Urban Slumber! The warm welcome and the staff’s constant availability, no matter the time, truly stood out. I highly recommend this place—not only for the outstanding service but also because it is well worth the price. Best value for the money. 6 people booked and used the entire room for 8 people.I was a little worried about the public bathroom, etc., but there was no inconvenience at all. I asked for towels, so they gave me plenty.. They took care of my luggage comfortably after checking out.. It was so nice to buy beer and snacks when I came back to the accommodation late at night and enjoy it on the rooftop terrace.

Nicest Air BNB we have stayed at so far in Vietnam!! It was so clean and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and smelled amazing. The bathroom was modern and very clean. The bed and pillows were so nice and the sheets were spotless/new. AC worked like a charm and the lighting was lovely. Mini fridge, kettle, and TV everything you need. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to be by the airport!!! Only downside is no Grab for food, and not many resturants nearby (except for right next door - lovely Vietnamese cuisine). They offered morning coffee which was a huge bonus!

Very good location. walkable distance to the beach and Cat Ba town. i was able to book my Halong bay tour and my bus ticket to Hanoi in the hotel. Minh the host is a super sweet person. she help you in anything you need. She made us feel as part of her family. They rent scooters as well . Definitely I would come back to Skylar's place. Skylar helped me to get correct information for transportation to her place. Thank you so much.

A real pleasure to spend a few days in a quiet place like this. Wonderful views of the river from our room, tranquillity and good seafood are the perfect combination for a few days of leisure. Thanking the kindness of all the people who work because they treated us as part of the family. We were invited to dinner last night and everything was delicious. We hope to be able to return some day. Highly recommended.

The hotel was located around the downtown area, so the tour was very convenient. The hotel facilities felt a little old overall, but they were well maintained. The staff all seemed brave and confident with young people, and there were no special problems with communication in English. It's okay to use it cheaply.

Mr. Tobin is a very nice and helpful guy. He has given us free breakfast, coffee, lunch, free bike to go to Hanoi etc., He was very proactive and booked us a very good cruise in La Pinta luxury cruise for 3days 2 nights at a very reasonable rate. you can trust him blindly. very honest and nice Vietnamese guy.
