Peter, the Manager, welcomed us very friendly offered us coffee. Our family room was as big as and nice as in the pic. Bathroom too. Clean with TV, Safe etc. Peter also was very helpful and cancelled another Hotel and booked a flight, due to flooding. He indeed did a great Job with all the guests, I observed, thx. Ursula and Family, Switzerland

A real pleasure to spend a few days in a quiet place like this. Wonderful views of the river from our room, tranquillity and good seafood are the perfect combination for a few days of leisure. Thanking the kindness of all the people who work because they treated us as part of the family. We were invited to dinner last night and everything was delicious. We hope to be able to return some day. Highly recommended.

Great location can walk everywhere. The room was nice and clean. There was a young guy at the reception very helpful, helped me with taxi my bags and any questions with directions I needed. Would recommend this stay to anyone

The hotel was located around the downtown area, so the tour was very convenient. The hotel facilities felt a little old overall, but they were well maintained. The staff all seemed brave and confident with young people, and there were no special problems with communication in English. It's okay to use it cheaply.

Great and very clean hostel with really comfortable beds in the very middle of Old Quarters, but still quiet! We were welcomed very friendly, the staff speaks good English and helps you with any question. We would warmly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything was great overall. for a hostels experience, place was clean and in a good location. Only thing I wanna point out is that this isn’t as much of a social hostile. Incredibly cheap, exactly what you want as a landing spot or a back packers respite. I got a high up floor with sick views. You’re a bit outside of the action but as a result you feel like you’re really in Hanoi Hanoi. Staff was so sweeet - like having an Auntie to welcome me back every time I returned. Responsive owner in Airbnb messenger as well. It has just the bare bones but it’s clean and open.
