Waterfront vacation rentals in Northern Vietnam

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We spent three delightful days at Van Anh‘s apartment. The view over the lake is spectacular, especially at night. Downstairs, in the street, there are many cafes and bars, the people are all having a great time, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. We walked round the small lake on the first day, and the entire lake on the second, with some help from buses and a taxi at the end. Van Anh was quick to respond to any questions we had, and helped us in any way she could.

What a lovely apartment!From the balcony you can see the city of Hanoi, looking at the horizon. Every day, you can join the sports club to work out in the common areas such as: basketball, tennis, football, swimming pool... There are also many children's play areas. If the weather is bad, it's okay.You can swim at the rooftop pool; fitness is available at the 2nd floor gym.There is also a children's play room on the 2nd floor. It's also a fully-equipped district, so you don't need to travel far to enjoy a balanced and fulfilling life.The convenience store below has everything from food to household items. It's convenient. I will always prioritize it in my future choices. I would definitely recommend it to you.

There's a market and a pharmacy nearby. It's the best.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

Everything was really wonderful! Linh went to hand because we wanted to check in faster and offered us a larger apartment that he had available earlier. The only thing that didn't match was the price of the pool, we were told that one resident pool ticket was free, and the rest of the guests at 150,000 vnd per ticket. In fact, we all had to pay after 177,500 for the ticket, for the resident there was only a 15% discount. It's possible that the pool scammed us

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

It was centrally located in the old town, and it was easy to get to various tourist spots.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Nice accommodation, nearby there is everything you need and the city center is just 30 minutes by taxi. Martin was always within easy reach. Enjoyed the time👍

We had a wonderful time at the property in Halong Bay! The apartment was just as beautiful as in the photos – very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We would like to emphasise the excellent communication with the hostess. Even in advance, the contact was super friendly, quick and very helpful. During our stay, we were proactively taken care of, given great tips and were always available for questions. The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place

It’s a beautiful apartment with lovely hosts. The view is very beautiful and everything was very comfortable. Wifi was strong. Location wise a month was maybe a bit too long of a stay and you have to go across the bridge for a lot of things. Also there is a lot of loud noise as there is a school right outside, loud neighbors, and a lot of construction so I would recommend noise canceling headphones if you’re sensitive to a lot of noise. We still really enjoyed our stay here though and can’t say enough how kind and hospitable the hosts are.
