Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Northern Vietnam

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

It’s such a great accommodation in Hanoi. I really enjoy the nice view of museum with a line of greenery especially in the early morning. Ms. Cam Tu and her staff is so kind and friendly. Together with a cozy interior design, I really feel like it’s home for me. Latte in the coffee shop downstairs is highly recommended. I almost drank it everyday when I was there.

We stayed at Anna’s as a family group and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room and two bathrooms was plenty for us. The terrace area was great with the kids too. Thank you Anna!

Great option for getaway from Hanoi - fresh air, huge territory, a lot of activities. Hoai is a great host, everything went smooth and comfortable.

This is an excellent choice for large travelling groups or families. You have a spacious, clean, comfortable 3 story building all to yourselves. Bathrooms on every floor and a functional kitchen area. Air-conditioning on each floor worked wonderfully as each day we were there temps were 30°+. It is located right across from a busy night market so keep in mind that there will be late noise on weekends. We loved our 4 day stay here , even the quirky entrance corridor. Tran is an excellent host and answered all communications within 10 minutes. We recommend this Airbnb.

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

Above and beyond ⭐️ Khang is a great host, very responsive, flexible, and helped me with questions I had during my stay. I was even sick my last day, and he allowed me to have a later check in so I could rest. 🙏 As a solo female traveler, I felt reassured having him as a host. The Airbnb is beautiful and matches the photos. The balcony was peaceful and a great view. The bed was comfortable and the couch was too!! I would highly recommend! 🙏

Duc space was incredible. Perfect for an individual traveler or a couple. In the heart of Old Town - Hanoi. Plenty of things to see and do which are right outside the door. He was a great host and very informative with all instructions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

My partner and I stayed at Vo’s place for a week and we loved it. The apartment is located on nearby cafes and local restaurants. It’s walking distance to most places in the old quarter, with good internet speed which is great for people working online. They also offered housekeeping, change of towels and assisted us to book a tour to Ha Long Bay. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay! The accommodation was really nice, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool is super nice too, just note there’s an extra fee to use it. If you’re planning to stay at Ecopark, definitely consider this spot. The host was incredibly helpful and had the best communication throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at De le Roi in Hanoi! Chloe, our host, was incredibly supportive and attentive to all our needs throughout our visit. Her Airbnb was beautifully and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The apartment was fully equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything we needed within walking distance. Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Tuan’s apartment is an absolute gem - brand new, spotless, and beautifully designed. It’s comfortable, practical, and feels incredibly cozy - we felt at home right away. Tuan is a model host: he responds quickly, is always helpful, and actively suggests great local experiences. The Japanese-style neighborhood is stunning and peaceful - perfect for relaxing walks. Nearby, you’ll find the Mori Onsen complex with hot springs, massage salons, a swimming pool, and a gym - everything you need to take care of both body and mind. There are also plenty of delicious restaurants around, and getting to Hanoi is very easy. Highly recommended - a solid 10/10!

My team went to 6 people, extremely satisfied with the comfort of the apartment. Everything was clean, full of home from the smallest things. Decor is exquisite, luxurious but still very cozy. The view from the balcony watching the sunset is extremely chill, timelapse is extremely high. The host is definitely the owner in every detail in the house, every touch point of the customer experience is very delicate and professional. The location is very central.
