Villa vacation rentals in Northern Rivers

We loved our stay at this accommodation! This is the second time my partner and I have stayed here and we are already planning our next trip back. Location is perfect and right in the heart of Byron Bay!

This was my second time staying here. Still love this place.

Great property. Nice quiet area . Ideal location.

The house was nestled up on a hill with beautiful views of the ocean and stars at night. The house was nice and spacious, especially the deck. However, it was not well maintained. We experienced a broken fan and a broken tool to open the windows that were too high to reach. Part of what makes this house really special is the beautiful big windows that look out onto a stunning view. However, there were no screens and it was quite warm in the house unless the windows were open. At night we felt the need to close the windows due to bugs, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us in the evenings.

Amazing home for our 2 families of 10! Fantastic home in an ideal location ~ close to great cafes, restaurants and great beaches. The home was absolutely perfect with lots of added extras including pantry items, cleaning products, coffee pods and beach towels. The kids had an amazing time using the bikes, paddle boards and canoes left for us to use. Our host Keisha was extremely helpful and very quick in responding to our questions. We will definitely be back to visit! Thank you 😊

Perfect position - positioned like an eyrie above Wategos Beach - we loved sitting on the balcony watching the ever changing sea and surfing scene. Plentiful whales and dolphins were an added bonus! Jane’s place is private and has everything one needs. Not flash but extremely comfortable and thoughtfully presented and equipped. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

A fantastic home in a great location. Just bad timing with builders replacing decks and making a lot of noise from 7.45am but once the new decks are completed that will be a great improvement. We were out most of the day so not too inconvenient.

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

Fantastic stay here. Hosts were tremendously helpful accommodating us at very late notice. Responsive and everything was in order and matched the descriptions and instructions. Lovely, clean place. Private location, but easy to get transport to the beach and reastaurants

Firefly was even better than we thought it was going to be. Complete privacy, awesome accommodations and everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and Wayne & Jodie were lovely hosts. We will definitely return.

If you love historical houses, or not. "Rosslyn" is an experience. The photos don't do it justice. I thought it was incredible. It is like step back in time but with all the modern conveniences anyone could as for. A very well-appointed kitchen very spacious rooms each filled with their own charming little nick-nacks. Honestly the few creaky floorboards added to the charm, but you hardly notice walking through as the hugely high ceilings and so many interesting things to look at keep you intrigued and distracted. Deb was an incredible host, and I was so happy for her to meet us there and show around and give us a bit of history about the house. An unobtrusive text to see if we needed anything was welcomed. (we stayed for 10 nights) On arrival there was plentiful choice of complimentary breakfast items. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I was there with my team for work but would love to bring my family to stay.

Perfect stop over for a few nights, lovely studio , clean and comfy with all we needed plus a pool to cool down. 15 mins at most walk to town so quiet but convenient Very helpful and welcoming hosts Highly recommended

This was a great affordable place for a family to stay and explore the Gold Coast. Everything is 20-30 minutes away, which is fine. We would go out exploring all day or to the Theme Parks and come back for a peaceful quiet swim and relax afterwards. It was great to be able to prepare our own food.

This was an amazing house in an ideal location, close to theme parks, restaurants, harbour town and has a beautiful pool. Lots of room for our family of 6 and Mel was an excellent host and communicated quickly, friendly and was really helpful. Although this is their home not a professional Air Bnb the house is very clean, inviting and clutter free when you arrive and doesn’t feel as though you are invading someone else’s space. Easy parking, entry and had everything we needed for a great 7 night stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your home and we hope you felt assured we respected it and cared for it like our own. Bek, Melanie and kids.

This is the second year we have stayed here for our family holiday and we will definitely be back! Perfect location, walking distance to Belongil Beach with glorious swimming and you can hear the waves at night. Away from the craziness of Byron town centre, so we really felt we had been away as a family together. Town is still very close and walking distance away so a perfect location for all the family. Deb and Sarah were always very responsive and available if required- perfect hosts. The house was perfect for us and as described, in a very quiet and peaceful location.
