I could not recommend Olivia’s place more highly. This home is so much more than the pictures could ever portray. A gorgeous family home with all of the creature comforts to make a stay with young kids seamless. The location is fantastic, the kitchen is new and very well appointed (sharp knives!), the beds were comfy (iykyk), and the place was spotless. A warm and inviting place for a holiday, we will definitely be back!

We spent a few tranquil days at Mates Rest for my husbands 50th birthday. We loved the beach shack vibe with all the modern amenities - spacious and airy, excellent location to walk to each end of beach, bowls club and general store. Excellent prompt communication from Geoff at all times. We will definitely be back. Beautiful spot, beautiful few days in the slow lane.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tallow beach house. It was in such a great location, close to the beach and a short walk to the Suffolk park shops and restaurants. Our stay was made even easier by having a high chair and cot made available for our stay as well. Would definitely recommend!

The house was ideal for a private and tranquil getaway. The views were spectacular and loved watching the sky change with varying weather. Couldn’t take enough photos! Good base for Dorrigo NP and not too far from Ebor Falls and Cathedral Rocks. Spent the days doing breathtaking hikes and evenings recovering in peaceful surroundings. Would love to stay again.

Lovely, well designed small home, with unique touches of decor and artwork. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Lovely property with kangaroos and birds galore. Good base for exploring surrounding national parks and countryside , and great for clear night skies. Only negative was noise from trucks on highway interrupting the peace and quiet

I was doing a 3 day course in Cabarita and wanted somewhere quiet and peaceful to reflect on my studies at the end of each day, do meditate and do yoga in the morning. Somewhere in the bush with the sounds of nature. This cabin excelled on all, including my delightful visit from young Pickles the Boxer and her company as we went for a walk around the property in the rain. She was delightful. Kerry and Ian were both very helpful and friendly including driving down to a problem spot on the road into Cabarita that was possibly going to flood, and letting me know if I could cross that way or take an alternative route. I would go back there in a flash. The sounds of the frogs at night, and the rain on the roof and dripping from the trees was delightful. Very peaceful and highly recommend.

We had a magnificent stay in the shed over the Easter long weekend with our two dogs. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and a fantastic set up that we didn’t need to leave for the three nights we had booked. We made one trip out for a long lunch at Potager which was divine and highly recommend. Such a calming and serene environment to decompress and the perfect place for lazy mornings and cheese and wine for dinner.

This was just what we needed for our quick stopover. We even got offered a coffee for our drive in the morning which was so kind! They communicated clearly and quickly, and instructions how to get there was very clear with photos included. Great hosts

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully renovated beach shack. The space was full of charm and character, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and private enough to unwind. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of love into this place. We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the Mesa Bus!!! It was as described and in the most tranquil peaceful location. We were greeted by a family of wallabies and beautiful bird sounds in stunning peaceful surrounds. The bus was extremely comfortable - pillows, linen and mattress were wonderful. The air con was also very handy for when it got warm in the afternoon. We travelled with our 4 and 8 year old children. They were in love with the bus and enjoyed lots of time playing board games and pretending to drive the bus. The view was spectacular. Kitchen well equipped. Bathroom was clean and the shower was absolutely wonderful. The evening camp fire under the stars is etched in our memories forever. There were also really informative tips on where to go and what to see, locally. The ones we managed to do were phenomenal. Highly recommend for a unique but very comfortable and memorable family trip!!
