Vacation rentals with a balcony in Northern Rivers

Not only were the views breathtaking there was one from every room and window! You could lay in bed and watch the sunrise out of the ocean. The whole unit was spotless , fresh and clean. The apartments had every amenities that a family could ask for and with something for everyone. Did I mention it was right on the beach with direct access!! Superb location!

Lovely property Quiet and well maintained property ideal balcony to sit on in evenings overlooking pool whilst baby sitting our granddaughter Had everything needed for a baby and children Can’t wait to return when the light rail outside is completed ( no noise from this heard from apartment but will be so convenient 😊

The airbnb was exactly like the photos. The apartment was clean, modern and is in a great location. The airbnb is walking distance to the beach, pacific fair, the Convention Centre and many food places, meaning you will always have something to do to occupy your stay. Communicating with the host was easy and they were super responsive. They always gave very clear instructions when it came to check in and check out and was very accomodating with we had any questions. My family had an amazing time at Rudi and Ish’s accomodation and would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed here for a wedding, the location was perfect! We had what we thought was an apartment at the back of the building but had great beach views and no close neighbouring high rises blocking this. Great facilities and kind and helpful checkin ladies. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay on the beautiful Gold Coast. Prime location with restaurants, beach and park all walking distance.

This apartment was perfectly placed to enjoy both the beach and surrounding areas. Easy access everywhere by tram and the lime bikes! Unfortunately our holiday was cut super short due to family situation. So we shall be back!!

We had a great stay at this comfortable, well appointed beach house. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and nice to be be a bit away from the busyness of Byron Bay central, with a beautiful beach very nearby. Chantal was very helpful and easy going. Many thanks!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rosebank. Fiona was an exceptional host and made us feel so welcome and at home. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need, the view is just breathtaking and it’s such a peaceful location. We will definitely be coming back.

We felt at home immediately at Ana's. It is a great layout of the house and beautifully furnished. We loved the front deck and it is such a quick walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this beautiful haven. Lou
