Monthly Rentals in Northeast Minneapolis

Very clean, well appointed unit in quiet area convenient to downtown. Street parking was very easy. Check in was a breeze. We were grateful for the pack n play and the surprise perk of the playground across the street. Many nice touches throughout the apartment (tea/coffee, extra blankets, noise machines, numerous kitchen utensils) that made our stay very comfortable. Chad was very communicative and offered recommendations for restaurants. We would happily stay again.

We had an extended stay to be near our daughter. The space was very well laid out. Excellent common space and furnishings. We cooked a lot so we enjoyed the kitchen pots and pans, bowls, cutting boards, and sharp knives. The beds were comfortable. We especially liked the drawers in the back bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and the shower head has good water pressure. The washer and dryer seem modern and clean. The use of the garage in the winter was a treat. Our hosts were responsive and checked in with us at reasonable intervals. We highly recommend this space.

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair
