Nanci's was a great place to stay when we were in town for Thanksgiving. It is cozy, well-appointed, and clean. The description of the stay was accurate, and we would definitely stay here again. The ceiling is low in places for taller people. However, my husband had no problem being mindful of that fact, and we enjoyed our stay. While the small apartment is at basement or garden level, the light from the egress window in the bedroom area kept us feeling as if we were in a basement. We also appreciated the good quality sheets and towels.

The cottage was the perfect place for my one week exploration of Minneapolis and St Paul. It was easy and quick to navigate to all the local places. The perfect combination of clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up breakfast and dinner, the living room was so cozy and they have all the streaming services. Graham was responsive, friendly and overall helpful starting even a few days before my stay. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again for my next visit to Minnesota.

Daniel is very easy to communicate. We got to check out late due to our late flight. Very close to Mac and restaurants and Target, Whole Foods and other stores. Apartment is very clean. Use the grey sofa bed in the living room if needed, not the red ones in the small room next to the kitchen. The sofa bed is pretty comfortable. A pleasant stay on the whole. Definitely recommend to others.

This is a warm, clean and very comfortable space, I felt right at home. Had knee replacement surgery when I first arrived and stayed a month to recuperate, Jerry and Lisa were very helpful and understanding. Lisa especially when out of her way to make my recovery easier. I highly recommend staying here and I look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you Jerry and Lisa!

We were in town for a weekend dance at the Tapestry folk dance center, and "Our Urban Cabin" was only 1 mile away, which was very convenient. It had all the conveniences of home, including full size washer, dryer, and garage parking. It was especially nice to have 2 bathrooms. The photos are very accurate. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances and accessories. The appliances were very new, the bathrooms were very clean and look like they were recently upgraded. One of the ladies staying with us had to contact Frank about an issue and he was very helpful and she greatly appreciated his assistance. I would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

Jennie and Henry's house near Lake Nokomis is so sweet and cozy - we had a wonderful holiday stay. They even put a Christmas tree up since we were staying over the holiday. The house is in a good location, easily accessible from the highway but still in a neighborhood with plenty to walk to. We hosted a meal for our MN family and found the kitchen especially well-appointed. We accidentally left behind an item and Jennie could not have been more helpful and understanding in getting it back to us.

This was the perfect place for a home base as a way to visit our daughter at UMN. We loved the neighborhood because it was great for walking and accessing campus. The home itself was very welcoming and well appointed. If available on our next trip, we would definitely stay here again.
