We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place! He was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our trip. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring the area super easy. Mario went above and beyond by recommending a snow trip for us, something we truly appreciated and really enjoyed. Highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay while in Melbourne

The place was cosy and easy to find, conveniently located near the highway and near the airport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Although there was a minor issue with the washing machine/dryer, the host responded promptly and provided an alternative solution, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a perfect stay for my family. Highly recommended!

lily was a great host. we stayed for 4 months in total. lily was very easy to deal with, communicated well and responded very quickly to any questions we had. we would be more than happy to stay again.

I enjoyed my stay overall, and I especially appreciated the host's flexibility with the early check-in! The kitchen was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the quality of the cooking pots and pans – a real plus! The space had a lovely, cozy feel. However, there were a few things to note. The floorboards are quite old and creaky, so future guests should be prepared to tread very carefully and quietly. The main door was also a bit stubborn; it needed a bit of extra effort to close securely. I also noticed a few small bugs around. Lastly, the bed was softer than I prefer. Despite these minor issues, the early check-in, great kitchen, and cozy atmosphere made it a decent stay.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Our 4 weeks stay at the "Settlers Run Golf Resort" Airbnb was exceptional! The friendly host, spotless house, and abundance of amenities made it feel like a home away from home. The most beautiful accomodation I have ever lived at. It was scenic, calm, peaceful, beautiful and I wish we had stayed longer. My family and friends absolutely loved the accomodation. The rooms ate all so big and spacious yet cosy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. It’s a well maintained property beautiful garden and a lot of effort to maintain it. Thankyou so much

Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The perfect holiday home. The house itself was beautiful, with spectacular furniture. The rooftop, the heated pool, and so much more, I could go on! Ria was an amazing host, providing excellent communication throughout the stay.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). There were six of us (grandparents and 2 kids) and we had an amazing time. Ria was lovely to interact with and very responsive. We would love to come back! Thank you Ria!!
