Just a lovely warehouse apartment with excellent private balcony. Easy to access and close to where I held meetings and then relaxed around Fitzroy for the weekend. Very well organised and a pleasure to deal with Claire & Nick.

We loved our stay here! Very quiet despite being right on Smith St and great to stay in a building with so much character. Easy walking distance to Gertrude St and right on the tram line, with heaps of vintage and small boutiques nearby. Hugo left clear instructions and checkin was easy. This is now our go to for Fitzroy 😊

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

From our first contact with Henry once the reservation was placed, it was a seemless and totally enjoyable experience. Henry met us as arranged and was the friendliest and most helpful Gent that anyone could hope for. The property is exemplarary, spotless, filled with love and had such a good vibe about it, we couldn't help but relax and enjoy the neighbourhood. Henry; thank you SO MUCH for your attention to detail and for allowing us to fall in love with Melbourne all over again...after around 8 years since our last visit. I can not recommend this property enough and hope future guests love it as much as we did. Henry; I hope you didn't mind the tiny bit of work we did on the terrace to make your space even more beautiful. Kevin & Ash.

Ok, here’s the deal. After our stay at Marita’s “Martini Suite”, my partner has officially decreed that I am hereafter *THE* AirBNB chooser of the relationship. Case closed. I win. ;) Seriously though, this is a meticulous suite in an ideal location. It’s tastefully decorated, well appointed, and only steps from great restaurants and coffee shops in the laneways. Just steps, too, from the trams and trains if you want to head out further afield. We give our full recommendation.

Greg's Brunswick Cottage was perfect for us. Homely with welcoming, thoughtful supplies that were much appreciated. Greg was wonderfully flexible regarding check in and check out. His communication was excellent. We found his information booklet regarding transport, restaurants/cafes etc most helpful. The cottage was clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the pots & pans & utensils needed to cook meals. We happily fully recommend Greg as a host and his Brunswick Cottage for a superb Melbourne stay. Thanks Greg.

The stay here was perfect. I stayed with my bridal party the night before my wedding and it had everything we needed. Nancy was also very friendly and responsive which made the booking and checking in process seamless.

We really liked staying at Justin's house. It is right in the middle of Fitzroy and incredibly easy to get about, but was very quiet and clearly very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the streets of Fitzroy and eating at the local restaurants. The house is really lovely, it is light and airy and feels quite spacious. It is actually bigger than it looks from the photos. The kitchen is very well equipped and very clean and everything feels new. The house is very clean and feels very comfortable and was lovely and warm, especially welcome after getting completely soaked by Melbourne rain.

Tash was a most wonderful host. The place was so neat and clean and amply stocked for what was a most comfortable stay. Tash was responsive, helpful and always available. It was no less than hotel quality comfort and amenities with the added advantage of a personal touch and homely atmosphere. Truly a superhost! Our best wishes and high recommendation.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

Naomi is a great host and her place is very comfortable. It’s a cute terrace with a modern upgrade in a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and Naomi was very happy to help out when contacted.

Chris’s place was great, we loved the eclectic style, there were so many interesting features of the place. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk into Fitzroy as well as being close to the tram stop. Chris was also so friendly and accommodating. He made our trip so much easier, especially when you’re coming to a cityyou don’t know you don’t want it to feel difficult. I would highly recommend staying here.

This home is a great place for someone traveling for business or a family enjoying a holiday in Melbourne. It has everything one needs in a home, close to public transportation to town, a nice village for restaurants, fast food, minor shopping and excellent coffee shops. When back in Melbourne, if available, I would definitely stay in Erynn’s home

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Peter was communicative from the initial reservation to final check out; from walking through the apartment door and seeing the stunning view to every part of the visit we were happy with our visit and would definitely book again - shame it’s not available for Christmas week.
