Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Esther’s place was well placed, close to supermarket - cafes and great restaurants nearby . Only 25 mins to cbd if you drive and there’s Tram stop just in front of. Overall it was a really nice experience and cozy stay . Would recommend absolutely.. Esther was really helpful and responsive all the time - 100/100 !

We actually had this booked for our wedding weekend and we had some photos taken here before the ceremony and they turned out amazingly. Good supply of coffee and very comfy couch and bed. Love staying here. Hosts are friendly welcoming and Not intrusive. So easy to get around with the Train and Tram around the corner. Great Bars and Restaurants and Shopping! Very cosy and comfortable, with everything you need.
